樓下就是菜市場，隔音一點都不好。説是2023開業，大概率是老樓翻新而來。位置倒是不錯，但是這個價格真的勸退。圖片可能是精修。

Highly recommended, I would book again... Location is great, close to everything... market is just out the front..

各方面都還不錯，第1天晚上我們住的那個房間空調有點吵，第2天跟前台反映，立馬給我們換了一間同房型的，性價比高，但各方面還是不錯，吃的都很方便，咖啡公寓步行500米可到，去其他景點也很方便，走路都可以，除了到粉紅教堂比較遠。

Located in district 1 right above a local market, the hotel is near a lot of key sights in the city such as Ben Tahn market, Independence Palace, the War remnants museum etc, making it very easy to get around. The hotel room was spacious and clean as well. Hotel staff were also friendly and it was easy to contact them on Whatsapp. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I stayed at this M village brand hotel. This location is a bit tricky so hear me out. Hotel is located in a small alley way that cars can barely drive in. That is because both side of the street is filled with street vendors that flourishes at night time. The alley way is dirty, smelly and some puddle of waste water here and there. Once you arrived at the door steps of the hotel you are good. the building is nicely renovated and looks fine. Given all that said, the location is of the hotel is still awesome because you are just a couple blocks away from the Takashimaya shopping center and Saigon central. And walking distance to large street intersection that had street events at night. The bar street is just around the corner adjacent to the hotel alley. If you don't mind getting harass by the bar girls that are looking for your business. All the action is literally 1-10mins walk day or night activities. The room itself is on the smaller side. The shower is the worse design with a swing door acting as the shower door and toilet door. that idea just doesn't work well. worse shower I had by far in Ho Chi Minh City and I switch hotel everyday for a week at different price point. Staff speak English and is attentive and helpful. However, they can't fix the things the building's downside.

I am amazed with the service the Hotel provided. Received message from hotel staff as reminder/welcome. Kudos to the customer service, Tuyet Mai and Phu Hy whom received us during our check-in. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The following day, received another message hope we had good rest and check if there is any request to help us felt comfortable. Besides, also offered if we need any extension for check-out. Room is neat and clean. Housekeeping did good job. In my opinion, I highly recommended this hotel. Tho is situated in front of local market area but the hotel is well kept neat and clean. Overall, hotel located at conveniently accessible place like Takashimaya, Saigon Square, Saigon Central, The Cafe Apartment, Ben Thant Market and etc... We like this Hotel location and the services provided and will definately come back again.

位置真的是絕妙，因為真的在核心地區，走幾步就到高島屋。然後走去市政廳，咖啡公寓也是10分鐘就可以到了。樓下有很多小吃店，轉角有咖啡廳。就是入住時候，有點黴味道，估計因為胡志明一直大雨，人少，沒開空調。後來從8樓調到7樓就好很多了。
