服務人員都非常友善 他們的飲料跟餐點也非常棒 如果遇到下大雨 部分房型可能會滲水 隔音有點差，但不影響整體體驗

一個人住，但是寫錯了，訂房的時候自動寫兩個人，差點鬧了烏龍，房間衞生感覺看着還可以，房間很大，還有温泉可以用，設施很好服務不錯

Spacious and value for dollar apartment hotel. Room was kept clean and tidy. Location can be a little tricky to navigate as the entrance is hidden in the middle of a back alley, and cars couldnt really enter the passage way, so it isnt really convenient when raining.

My recent stay at the Kunkun Garden Aparthotel in Vietnam was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities. One of the absolute highlights of my 永安 was the bathtub in my room. After a long day of exploring, being able to soak and relax in a spacious and clean tub was an absolute luxury that truly enhanced my comfort and rejuvenation. The aparthotel also boasts a beautiful swimming pool. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and cool off, offering a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The design and cleanliness of the pool area truly make it a serene oasis. And let's not forget the breakfast – it was excellent! A great selection of local and international dishes was available, ensuring a delicious start to each day. The quality of the food and the attentive service made breakfast a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Beyond the facilities, what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. The people at Kunkun Garden Aparthotel were incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. Their genuine warmth and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout my visit.
