The hotel is situated in District 2, Thao Dien area where it blends the expat and local neighborjood together. You can take grab bike /car to MRT Thao Dien Station , around 5 mins, The room is not that that big , but for one person ad a solo traveler is fine. Also, it is quite clean and the A/C is quite cool so good fpr the hot humid day. The staff is very friendly and accomadating.

Although the hotel may be slightly tucked away and not the easiest to locate, I found the overall stay exceptionally comfortable, clean, and hygienic. Notably, the hotel demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental sustainability—guests are encouraged to use the provided glass bottles to refill drinking water at the station on the first floor, reducing single-use plastic.

This stay far surpassed our expectations! Great staff and exceptionally clean rooms! We hadn’t stayed at an M Village hotel before, but have already booked another for our next 永安, cannot wait to stay here again!

Quite convenient location if you want to stay in Thao Dien, aka expat area, with tons of eateries and coffee shop. Do note that car cannot fit to the alley where the hotel is located so you will need to walk a tiny bit to the hotel from the main street. The room is clean and staff is friendly.

Small room but very central location, walkable to everywhere in Thao Dien. What I liked most is the free laundry and that everything is brand new. Great value stay. Right next to pickleball court.
