Staying at Landmark for a few days feels like home. Cozy space, fully equipped kitchen for self-cooking, supermarket and shopping mall right at the foot of the building, extremely convenient. It's close to everything, very suitable for families with small children.

這套公寓的設計給我留下了深刻的印象——開放的空間、現代化的室內裝潢、中性色調，營造出一種舒適卻不失奢華的感覺。廚房設備齊全，從微波爐、電磁爐到抽油煙機，應有盡有，對於熱愛烹飪的人來説非常方便。卧室裝有寬大的玻璃門，早晨自然光線充足——這真是一大亮點！

提前加了Zalo溝通，免去了找樓的煩惱。前期的訊息不夠明確，對當地不瞭解的話，找起來會很費勁。衞生：湊合吧，不算很乾凈，第二天又讓客服來擦了。衞生死角就想住了一段的公寓那種，比如淋浴角落是黑的，台盆邊上有黑的。環境：很方便，邊上就是地標，下面很多餐館，便利店，銀行。服務：退房前在沒有到12點的時候突然進來清潔。進來的服務員看到我還在，沒有絲毫抱歉，也沒有説一句話，站在客廳裏開始打字。用翻譯器詢問我是否按時退房後，轉身走了。服務意識上，太差了，有種不是很禮貌的感覺。

When we arrived, the weather was not very favorable, but there were still many amusement parks on campus, restaurants and cinemas in the building.

This was one of the worst place we ever stayed at in HCM. The owner doesn’t care about the guests only her pocket. The photos on the advertisement is not the same. There are 4 landmarks we stayed in number 3. The photos on 永安 website is total wrong. We will never book the room from 永安 again. She didn’t leave us any extra toilet paper, hand soap, body shop or hair conditioner and shampoo. The beds are hard as rock. No trash bag to put away the trash. Ants invaded the foods left on the table. The hall way lead to the room is stink next to the garage storage room. She told us she came by to clean the next day she lied. Three spiders came out from the AC. Will never rent any Vinhome again.

地點很好但是訂的房間介紹與實際住的圖文不符，房間很寬敞適閤家庭及好友共同旅遊，市中心各種生活娛樂社施多，樓下隔壁就是商場很方便，治安也好，唯一不好的是環境衞生要加強、排水系統有阻塞，洗髮精、沐浴乳都不好，廚具用品也不足，其他方面都很好，景觀漂亮，值得推薦！

This is not one apartment, it is a series of apartments rented out by management companies and the pictures shown to advertise are for reference only, not the actual apartment you are taken to. We were first taken to Building 4 app 1610. If you are given this apparment do not accept, the smell of cigarrete was unbelievable, the surface of everything was dusty, the appliances were dirty and sticky and the toilets had clearly not been cleaned in a while. The furniture in the apartment was old and looked like it had been put together from a second had shop, far far from the look in the pictures. The management was very responsive when we asked to be changed apartments. The one we were moved to was in a better condition but still a very worn apartment in need of maintenance, again nothing like the pictures that were shown to advertise the apartment. The location is great but thats about it, I am sure there are beautiful apartments in this location so just be careful that youvare not give the worse ones, the price isnt exactly cheap either, so it is not value for money.
