Porém a atendente é uma maravilha de pessoa, ela fez o que pode para me atender bem!

The next three nights at this hotel were a complete nightmare for me. It felt like torture rather than a stay. During this time, I started feeling sick and unwell. My back and neck began to hurt due to many problems I experienced in this hotel. At first, I stayed in one room and then was moved to another room. However, the second room was not cleaned at all, and trash started to accumulate. There was no hot water in the room. The staff told me that hot water depends on solar heating, but during those days in Saigon the weather was extremely hot and sunny. Despite this, I had to take cold showers every day. Because of this, my back and neck pain got worse. One day, there was no water at all for the entire day. They said they would “check the water,” but from morning until evening there was no water in the room. It was impossible to use the toilet or wash. There was no public restroom in the hotel (or at least I was not informed where it was), so I had no alternative. Later, they “fixed” the water, but in the evening only boiling hot water was available — dangerously hot — and there was no cold water at all. This was another form of torture. You simply cannot wash properly. The room itself was dirty. I asked to be moved to another room, and they moved me to a neighboring one, but it was even worse. The water was still cold, the room was dusty, and I could not sleep at all. I was lying on a dirty bed, unable to rest, unable to wash properly. There was no bedside lamp or dim light in the room, so at night I had to keep either the main light in the room on or the light in the bathroom. However, the bathroom had a broken and extremely noisy ventilation fan that was running all night and could not be turned off. As a result, I had to choose between sleeping with bright light in the room or with loud noise from the bathroom. Both options made proper sleep impossible. So I spent these days taking cold showers, staying in a dirty room, listening to a noisy fan all night, and not sleeping properly. As an additional unfortunate coincidence, my motorbike’s electrical system broke down during this period. I cannot say that it is related to the hotel, but it added more stress to an already very bad experience. Either it was just bad luck, or something may have happened to the bike while it was parked at the hotel. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

I initially booked this hotel for one night. The hotel has a closed underground parking garage for motorbikes, which is a plus. However, the garage is very small and only fits small local scooters. If you are traveling with a bigger motorbike (even slightly bigger than mine), you won’t be able to enter or park there. I stayed one night and decided to extend my stay to avoid looking for another place, as I planned to stay in Saigon for a few days. When I asked if I could keep the same room for my new booking, the staff said it was not possible because the room was supposedly reserved for someone else. This felt a bit strange, because the hotel was almost empty during the following days, and I could have stayed in the same room without any problem. Also, there was only cold water in the shower, no hot water.

Хороший отель-апартаменты в спальном районе Хошимина. Находится недалеко от центра города - 10-15 минут на такси или автобусе. Ходит автобус 152, он идет через центр в аэропорт. Остановка находится рядом, в 2 мин. пешком. Рядом с отелем есть несколько продовольственных магазинов, также 7/11. В отеле чисто, дружелюбный персонал.

В целом не плохо. Персонал отзывчивый, постель чистая. За эти деньги к остальному глупо придираться.

Please note that most of the listed facilities do not exist. ⚠️ The hotel room was not cleaned. ❌ I believe there is a mosquito nest in the shower drain. 🦟 After being bitten several times, I killed approximately 60 to 80 mosquitoes over four days, and they kept coming into the bathroom. 🦟🦟🦟 All the dead mosquitoes remained on the shower glass wall, walls, ceiling, and floors. 🤢 The one day they came to clean, they left all the dead mosquitoes there. 😱 The toilet was not cleaned properly, if at all. 🚽 #Unhygienic #HealthHazard #BadService Anyway, all they did was take out the trash and make the bed. I paid for a service I did not receive.

Location is a little far from centrr of city, maybe you might better use app grab to get there, room is old but spacious. The staff at work treats me kindly.

please don’t trust this property. it is totally different from the picture and the real. the properties is so old and very very dirty and the toilet is super smelly. one more things, the problem is i book wrong click from 3 rooms one night to one room 3 nights. they had left only one room which has two double beds. they allow us to stay 4 people but i thought they charge me double price, but the owner is really tricky and tried to charge 3 times of the booking price. because i need to meet a person urgent outside for like 30mn and i just my luggage in and only 3 people in side the room for about 30mn and when i come back i asked her about the price again. they said 3 times and i didn’t agree with her. i said if you charge 3 times i will stay only 2 people and she won’t agree for it cos she said we are already in. i told her we just stay 3 people there for 30mn and now you charge me like this. it is not fair and we can stay there only 2 people and i can move to other hotel next to it for the left people but she tried and tried to argue like this like that. so i end up with her, i wont stay with you for another two more night.
