出發前就先EMAIL旅館並提供護照相關資料，結果到了酒店關門，找不到人聯絡TRIP.com花了好幾個小時才入住 預訂前就先告知酒店安排下鋪，結果還是安排上鋪 床上很髒有蟲，全身都被蟲咬

Shophouse concept. Lower floor is mixed dorm, and upper floors are basically rooms. Room A faces street. Room B faces back alley. Check in and check out was seamless. Host/Staff was very responsive and polite. Location is very good, right in the centre of D1. Walkable distance or less than 5 mins drive to all the tourist attractions. Price of the room was pretty affordable for its location. Considering it was my last minute booking. Room look exactly like the pictures. Forgot to take the picture so I just use the room issue photo 😅. Amenities and kits were provided. Room cleaning definitely need some improvements. Saw some food residues on the floor and its corners. Bed was super hard, and its dented in the centre. Feels like sleeping in shell scrape. TV projector has huge burnt marks and audio is spoilt. Hopefully the room management can maintain it so that the future guest can enjoy it. Plug was faulty as shown in the picture and technician came in 2 days later as quoted. Nonetheless, I will definitely return to this stay if I were to go back Saigon mainly because of the friendly staff and its location. Thank you Zeus Living!

Great place, quiet and clean and not far from the main actions. The bed is big and comfy with two charging ports Also being a self-check in hotel, they have great communication. Thanks again

I stayed at this hostel for a few nights and really appreciated its amazing location, it's super central, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and key attractions. It made exploring the city very convenient! The only downside was that the bed could’ve been a bit cleaner, there was some dust that might have been missed during housekeeping. That said, everything else was comfortable and the atmosphere made up for it. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for a well-located, social place to stay!

鄰近市中心，第一郡設施地點快速到達，周圍商店購買便利，多數地點都能走路到達。 由於靠近市中心，周圍夜生活店家，晚上會有夜店吵雜聲，還算在能容忍範圍

衞生環境很一般，床邊緣很臟很臟 酒店無前台，電話從來不接，郵件很久才會回覆 無法寄存行李！會建議你放到樓下咖啡廳，但不會提醒你咖啡廳幾點會下班！門口貼着的營業時間和實際不一致，晚上關門我無法取出行李，導致誤機 真心不推薦！

準備在8.21離開胡志明去柬埔寨的，因為政策原因不得不放棄去柬埔寨所以又在胡志明多待了幾天然後回國，前面有説原來那個同一家的店因為住滿了所以來這一家店住，店的位置在地圖上標註錯誤導致找了很久很久才找到店，所説店就在路邊根據他們在地圖上標註的就是找不到。找到後又是入住找房間遇到各種問題，然後網上聯繫服務人員，一直聯繫不上，折騰了很久才進入酒店，整體環境和入住流程和體驗還是比較差的，然後酒店隔壁應該是KTV還是啥的，唱歌一直持續到凌晨才停，影響睡眠。不太推薦這個店推薦他同名店：中央生活酒店

Phòng rộng rãi, trang thiết bị cơ bản, không có tủ lạnh và welcome drink. Đêm đầu tiên tôi gần như mất ngủ vì âm thanh của quán bar gần đó kể cả khi đã sử dụng cả nút bịt tai, mặc dù đã đọc review về khả năng bị ảnh hưởng bởi tiếng ồn nhưng chất lượng cách âm của khách sạn cực kỳ tệ. Điều thứ hai là không có nước nóng, dù đã làm theo hướng dẫn và kiên trì chờ đợi trong 3 ngày nhưng vẫn không có một tí nước nóng nào, căn bệnh cảm của tôi trở nặng khi tôi phải tắm nước lạnh suốt những ngày lưu trú ở đây. Điều thứ ba có thể không phổ biến với du khách nước ngoài, nhưng với những người có xe máy thì cực kỳ bất tiện vì họ không có chỗ để xe máy, khoản tiền tôi phải gửi xe liên tục ra vào trong nhiều ngày và đêm lưu trú ở đây khiến tổng chi phí tôi bỏ tra cho chuyến đi tăng lên nhiều, và phí gửi xe cũng thay đổi tuỳ theo người nhận xe của bạn là ai. Tóm lại, cơ sở lưu trú này ổn nhưng chỉ ở mức 2/5

It’s a very small place and the room is mixed. Personally, I found it quite noisy and dirty. I stayed for two nights and it seemed like they never did any general cleaning. The bed and pillows are good, but there’s no light inside the cubicle, so you need to keep the curtains open to have any daylight. On the positive side, they provide towels and a small personal hygiene kit, and the location is good.

Amazing place, large room and great location. Clean rooms. BUT a few notes: 1) there are a lot of ants in the room but we are pretty well seasoned to bugs by now. Just glad they aren’t mosquitos haha! 2) I had to chase for check in information despite two emails sent a few days before check in requesting this. We also met a girl on the day of check out who was experiencing the same thing. I urge the management company to keep contact with guests as this was stressful. Just need to text them on WhatsApp to get the ball rolling. 3) as a pool lover, we didn’t use it once. Mainly as the AC was great in the room, but it’s also tiny (four people max).
