酒店的環境舒服，服務體貼入微，再出差時繼續享用

訂房時告知要安靜的房，結果安排到307，窗下一大排空調室外機，隆隆響聲不停，靠安眠葯和耳塞勉強入睡，向永安反映，去前台交涉，回答：每層窗外都有空調室外機，可我去樓下觀察，四樓和五樓窗外沒室外機，室外機全部安裝在三樓的窗外，靠長銅管連接到四、五樓的室內機，這前台工作人員當面欺騙人，説謊話臉不紅，據説此酒店老闆是中國人，越藉工作人員也被帶壞了，中國人害中國人已到了國外，各位朋友真要留個心眼啊！

酒店吃早餐的咖啡廳如果晚上增加為音樂酒吧應該會更到位。

像尋寶一樣一步步解鎖了wifi密碼！ 室內找不到wifi密碼，準備打電話問前台，電話旁找不到前台電話號碼，再翻找一個本子，在第九頁終於找到前台電話。

酒店是中國老闆，前臺中文服務很貼心禮貌，酒店設計新穎，衞生乾淨，平新郡最好的酒店之一。
