Nicely decorated with nice window view. Room was comfortable and clean. Good layout too! Nothing much to fault only that TV didn’t work but that is an easy fix with a change in remote batteries. I didn’t noticed it as I was hardly in the flat and certainly wasn’t watching much TV. My host was great and very helpful as I was moving from another unit. He allowed me to store my baggage in the old unit and offered to move my bags when the new flat was ready.

My hosts was great, proactive & responsive. I was moving btwn flats so needed storage for 2 hours. He allowed me early access to my unit so I could free up my time & do something else. I lived in 3 different units @ Rivergate over 7 days so have a basis for comparison. The double room flat was the best. Large & comfortable. My pictures are the actual scenes of the place as I noticed some don’t look anything like the places you book. Each hosts operates 20-30 flats so be mindful you might not get the one you viewed during the booking time. Location wise, D4 Rivergate is super convenient to all the touristy places esp D1. You can also walk there in under 20 mins. Surrounding D4 is a treasure trove of hidden eateries - esp the seafood street (like Newton Circus in Spore). The block is huge so expect a lot of traffic in & out of the building (akin to a backpacking lodging). What’s also great is the 24 hrs convenience stores at street level. 7-11, coffee shop, pharmacy.
