評價不實，業者所提供照片與實際入住的狀況差異極大，清潔度不佳、枕頭套、被套髒污疑似未清潔，反應問題，也是透過通訊軟體，3個多小時後才回覆，且並未處裡，沐浴設備損壞造成使用不便、吹風機無法使用、拖鞋老舊、反應後亦未更換，網頁上未表示需收押金，現場卻收押金越南盾100萬

Very delighted with our stay in this hotel. We booked a 1 bedroom suite that suits us to perfection. The hotel is centrally located in the city with good access to food, shopping and tourist destinations Housekeeping very good,The rooms are perfectly adequate with good amenities.Great views over Saigon and pool.

This hotel is a godsend for families traveling to Ho Chi Minh City. Our 1 bedroom apartment was amazing. Great views over the city, very clean, spacious, comfortable and with a kitchen. Restaurant staff are lacking in some customer service. Reception and bell staff were amazing and very helpful. Hotel offers free shuttle service to tourist attractions which was very helpful. Overall a great hotel for families and we'd certainly stay here again.

The room is definitely exceed our expectation, it is big, clean, tidy and beautiful. The breakfast served are delicious, and they won't repeat the dishes everyday, so we can taste different variety of during our stay. Staff are friendly and trying to help whenever we have question. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the big group of our friends and family are all satisfied with it. We will definitely come back when we back to HCM.

solo a dos minutos caminando,las instalaciones deportivas y piscina de primera calidad. Cuent con un desayuno buffet muy bueno tanto para amantes del desayono orientl como occidental. Un bar muy comodo y agradadable, perosol muy atento y amable, que habla perfectamente el ingles.

Perfect location, close to the most important sites. Well maintained rooms. Two pools to choose from. Beautiful buffet breakfast. The rooftop is special, great for breakfast in the sun or evening drinks. In addition to all this, the history of the place is also an amazing drawcard, and they have hung in the hallways interesting old photos of the building over the years. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful home away from home! Amazing rooms, high ceilings, classic hardwood floors. Several great restaurants to choose from within the hotel. Loved to spa. Fast wifi. I found myself wanting to stay in the hotel instead of traveling the city. Very friendly staff! Staff were always ready with the door or a taxi. The breakfast buffet was great!!! The dinner buffet was awesome! I also enjoyed the traditional afternoon tea. Many international travelers here. I enthusiastically give my highest recommendation for this hotel!

I was impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the hotel room. The bed sheet and pillow were fresh and nice. It was a very comfortable bed. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. Conceige was very helpful and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay in thie hotel.

Everytime we visited VN -Caravelle is one of the hotel our family choice. The staff welcome us with warm smiles and help us to check in early. The foods quality is excellent, I love the fresh fruits juice. And often replace water bottle for us. Definitely recommended this hotel
