We stayed at this apartment hotel and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and stable Wi-Fi. The location was very convenient, with shops, cafés, and public transport nearby, while the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful. We would also like to highlight the staff — very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We truly felt at home during our stay and enjoyed it a lot. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment hotel to other travelers.

Плюс: стиральная машина, центр города. Минусы: мусор, антисанитария, ужасный менеджмент, обещали заселить в 13:00, потом резко в 14:00, а в итоге в 13:59 из моего номера вышла пара которая до последнего занималась там любовью, и я ждал еще 40 минут пока «уберут» мой номер сидя на лестнице, так как у них нет ресепшен. Муравьи, комары, ящерица жила тоже со мной ) спасибо что мандавшей не подцепил

Not recommended. Extremely bad service by host who doesn’t keep promises. I was promised the access details before 2pm, but they weren’t shared as promised. Even after multiple requests on Zalo there were no help. All three contact numbers listed on 永安 as free numbers when using wifi or data, were useless. Access details were only shared after multiple attempts on Zalo. The battery of the access gate needs replacement. Host didn’t accept a cancellation after I complained about the mould smell in the apartment, which is a serious health risk. Just a very bad experience. I paid beforehand because that’s the way the app works. No compensation even though I cancelled and didn’t stay in the room. No directions to the apartment. Google directions won’t lead you to the apartment. Host can be proactive and provide proper directions.

民宿性質，需要提前確認好進門密碼，位置有點難找，在Tei餐廳旁邊的樓，找了很久。 房間帶廚房，洗衣機，鍋，餐具都有 就是小螞蟻很多，每天都能弄掉十幾衹

Too noisy and very hot at bathroom from air conditioner unit. Big freezer, hot plate, bed set with kitchen ware are good. Door to get in room did not seem to be safe.. should change to electronic as door to enter the property.. I thought someone get in the room after I checked in and take my adidas sport t shirt.( try to find after I came back at 10:00 pm). No TV.. internet connection is good. Good location as close to central park and coffee shop..
