這家酒店除了地理位置很好以外，其它的都比較差。酒店緊臨統一府，出行很方便。酒店衞生間最差，竟沒有乾濕分離。酒店設施都很破舊，早餐也很一般。

Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ Tiếp Tân bảo rất thân thiện khi đến khách sạn được bảo chào đón nhiệt tình còn được bảo đổi lên phòng rộng hơn Tiếp Tân ai cũng dễ mến Khăn tắm thơm và sạch Phở buổi sáng rất ngon Nước trong phòng coca và trái cây miễn phí Giá không đất Sẽ ghé lại lần sau cảm ơn vì điều tuyệt vời này

I stayed at Pink Boutique Hotel for 9 days, and it’s hands down the best budget stay I’ve had in Saigon. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean, the breakfast was decent, and the staff always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to Nick, Chris, and Bruce for their friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care—they truly made me feel at home and turned my 永安 into an even better experience. If you’re looking for great value, a prime location, and outstanding service, this is the place to stay!

The hotel has such a great location, it’s very close to ben tanh market and accessible with bus. the receptionist upgraded our room to a bigger one and it’s free of charge. Chris the receptionist was very helpful and speaks fluent English so the it’s a plus for international tourists

Was scam by taxi from airport to hotel 400,000. But hotel Ms Ivy helped me to solve as I only pay  150,000 but I noticed the owner of hotel added another 50,000. Room Aircon was leaking and not cold so I asked for fan and reception responded immediately. A few minutes walked to Ben Thanh and many food outlets nearby. Thank you Ms Ivy , Nick and the owner (sorry I did not get your name) .

1想要入住這裏必須要有非常喜歡米老鼠，你會每天參加牠們的派對，你不想參加也沒用，牠們就高興就跑來跑去，不高興就大打出手，讓你無法入睡。2地板不乾淨，其它還好，3房門內暗鎖壞掉，廁所門把也壞掉，吹風機也壞掉。除了服務人員還不錯，地理位置好，其它說不出什麼理由來住宿。

環境很不錯，採光也良好房間佈置乾淨下次會再來地點也非常在市區走路可以騎到達各個景點非常方便周邊吃喝玩樂都很適合
