I highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers seeking a peaceful environment combined with convenient access to the city center. The location is a major highlight: it is situated right by the river and nestled within a local residential area. This setting offers a unique, authentic experience away from the tourist crowds while providing a calm atmosphere that is perfect for focusing on work. Despite its tranquil surroundings, the hotel is located right next to the city center, making commutes quick and effortless. A significant advantage is the abundance of excellent and authentic local eateries within a short walking distance.

We didn’t get the original room we booked so 6 flights of steps to walk. Loved the vibe and size of the room a bit smelly for us. Watch lipstick and make up on towels and my husband had a shaving accident so had to pay extra. The location was peaceful loved the energy and Vietnam all in all totally recommend it. Absolutely loved it. QLD Australia

this is the place to choose if you want to be in the real Vietnam, and not some tourist crowded area. The area is amazing and you can walk to everything, there is also a very good nightlife area just by going outside and walk to the right. you go down stairs and have a very good crowded snail restaurant, then turn left and you have Rosier a very good coffee shop. walk for 3 minuts and you got gs store for daily stuff. There is also very good real massage places closeby. The appartment itself is well placed, the room is spacious and it has a small good working area at the window to the balcony, the bed is great. the tenant is nice, the restaurant people downstairs are nice, in overall this was a great place, we would go again

Tried to make good place from a shop house. Good things :- 1 :- good wifi 2:- good Ac Average :- 1:- room decor 2:- bed Need improvement 1:- bathroom Bad:- Entry/access to hotel Very messy and smelly on the ground floor, due to kitchen. Entry has many people squatting and sitting all time. Not clean also.

This is a wonderful room with all the necessary amenities. It's located near a peaceful and beautiful river, perfect for morning walks. There are many local restaurants nearby. It's in the city center and very peaceful. I would love to come back if I have the chance to visit Saigon again
