我訂了這家飯店四晚，結果第一晚入住就整間都是螞蟻。第一天晚上我向飯店反應，要求取消後三晚。結果怎樣？飯店派的員工連門都不敲，直接轉動門把想闖進來。進來後還說只看到「一隻螞蟻」。我把影片、照片證據都傳給老闆後，他才改口說「不滿意可以取消後三晚」。我照做取消後，平台卻向我收罰金。老闆竟然要我自己去跟平台客服處理。我跟客服反應後，客服說要跟飯店確認，但客服回覆說飯店一直「聯絡不到」。就這樣把我晾著。後來客服回覆：飯店不同意全額退款後三晚。吵了半天，飯店最後只肯退後三晚，就是死不退第一晚。問題是什麼？第一晚我就是睡在被螞蟻爬的房間裡，睡覺全身發癢，行李、背包上都是螞蟻，噁到爆。這種衞生環境，卻還敢拒絕退款？更扯的是，他們說隔天會請人員來「打掃」。那我入住前到底有沒有打掃過？原來住客是來當除蟲義工的嗎？服務態度極差，問題一發生就推卸責任、裝死、逃避。在這裡奉勸大家：千萬不要住這家飯店。衞生問題嚴重到離譜，服務態度更是有夠敷衍。爛！爛！爛！

ベンタイン市場から徒歩13分、周りに美味しいレストランもありとても便利です。ただ、飲屋街の真ん中に位置するため夜はとてもうるさいです。夜、遊びに行く方にとってはとても良いと思います。部屋は小さな蟻がいます。 Wi-Fiやエアコンは問題ありません。シャワーのお湯が出る時となかなか出ない時がありました。アメニティやシャワールームは清潔です。

飯店位置超好，下樓附近就有非常多的餐廳和便利商店，而且知名的範五老街就在距離30公尺內而已。房間的衞生良好，服務溝通也很順暢。

The location is very convenient. It’s so close to everything. Room is space is good enough and for you paid for. The only is issue would be there’s plenty bars nearby and it’s very noisy at night. So if have trouble sleeping with noise then find a place atleast 1 kilometre away na stretch. Minju though is very responsive and very helpful.

Overall is ok and so far so good. However the location is just beside Bui Vien Night Walking Street, disco, bar karaoke, car and motorcycle hone and traffic happening at surrounding area causing a lot of sound pollution. The worst case would be you are very sensitive in sound pollution and the room sound proof not there yet. Sometimes difficult to sleep and this may need to improve the sound proof facilities and possible pls share this concern to customers before customer really understand the situation. By the way, really appreciate the early check in arrangements and arrange big size room but sound proof system and facilities require to do further improvement, thank you for accommodating me.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days and here’s what I have to say: Pros: Location is wonderful! It’s near to all the different restaurants, cafes, spa & massage places, pharmacies and the Bui Vien walking street. Room is spacious and clean, and bed is really comfy! Surprisingly, it isn’t that noisy at night as what I have expected based on the previous reviews here.. but they provide ear plugs nonetheless. Kitchen & laundry are easily accessible at the topmost floor. Cons: They don’t really give you daily complimentary water bottles if you stay longer than 1 night unless you request them from the front desk. Shower drainage gets a bit clogged up. Overall, still loved our stay here and will recommend this hotel if you prefer to stay near the party area!

I booked only one night but regretted it. Only to know the facility is good. The room is so big. And even have a big window for the Double Bed type. I should book it for the whole 永安. But not able, since the room is not available when I am going to rebook. The place is so close to the Walking Street, and a (becoming my favorite) Vietnamese food shop called Phat Tai. Sad, I need to change to another hotel 😭

繁華街にありますが、そこまで騒音は気にならなかったです。窓なし。アメニティ豊富でドライヤー完備。温水もバッチリ出ます。強いて言うならたまーーーに下水の匂いが上がってきてたかな？ぐらいです！！安いのでおすすめ🌷

Pros ✅Central location, convenient to go anywhere ✅ Manager (Minju) and staffs are very friendly, willing to help you ✅Renovated room, clean linen ✅Free laundry (dryer included) Cons 🔺It's too loud at night. there is a bar right next to the hotel and they play insanely very loud music until the morning everyday. You can not sleep with earplugs. 🔺 building is aging and equipments are not working sometimes (you have to contact them via zalo or whatsapp 🔺ants come into my room (I was at 7th floor lol) It's worth the price but but don't expect too much or care too much about details, since its cheap. I reccomend here👍
