周圍很多咖啡店，按摩店，飯店。住的很安靜，睡眠淺的人可以考慮一下，比挨着大馬路的酒店安靜很多。周圍吃喝不貴。都是當地人。

很意外在越南春節期間，在胡志明城市可以訂到別墅區的房子，還這麼便宜。很意外的選擇。入住便捷性：房東給了密碼及鑰匙，辦理起來很便捷，衹是沒有見到工作人員協助拿行李，沒有電梯，自己搬運。房子很漂亮，房間有些古老，但是還是很推薦給大家。

房間很大很乾凈，一共3樓，沒有電梯，但是一點不妨礙，是一棟別墅裏，有小院子，樓下還有廚房，環境很靜謐，有生活氣，對面就有小咖啡店，早餐店，還挺方便的

接著説，第二天在我的要求下換了三樓的大房間，這個房間絕對有45平米，比昨天一樓的房間寬敞多了！但是晚上睡覺就發現問題了，這個房間的大門是帶玻璃透光的，又沒窗簾，晚上樓道的光直射進來根本沒法睡覺啊！幸好酒店沒有太多住客，晚上11點多衹能去把樓道的燈全部關了，才勉強可以入睡！！！

The location is tucked in a village, which has its charm, but comes with notable inconveniences. The gate closes promptly at 10 PM, which can be a challenge for solo travelers looking to enjoy any local nightlife—especially since the gatekeeper is reportedly asleep by then, limiting accessibility. Weekend mornings are another downside: sleeping in is nearly impossible on Saturdays and Sundays due to the excessive noise from the cleaning staff. The villa’s wooden structure amplifies every sound, making the disturbance more intense. TV was not working . Visually, the property appears appealing, but aesthetics aside, the practicality of long-term living is compromised by these factors. For short-term stays of 1–2 nights, it’s reasonable for the price, but it’s not recommended for guests planning an extended visit. But they have a nice guard dog 🐶

We stayed at Amory Villa and overall found it a comfortable and well-located place. It’s tucked away on a private road in a safe area, which gave us peace of mind and a bit of quiet away from the bustle. The location is also great — close to plenty of shops, cafes, and attractions. The rooms were decent and the beds comfortable, but there were a few things that could be improved. The bathrooms had a bit of a funky smell, likely due to poor ventilation. Towels weren’t refreshed during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the front door to the top-floor room was transparent and didn’t have a curtain, which meant light from outside kept coming in at night. If you’re looking for a simple, well-located stay and can overlook a few quirks, Amory Villa does the job.

It’s a relatively new listing so just want to give some info about my stay. The location is a little tricky to locate on google maps but the address is easy to find on the Grab app, so there’s no issue to get around. A 10 min ride from the Thao Dien shopping area so it’s really convenient for shopping in the city. The rooms are huge and spacious and all the furniture are on the newer side. Bathrooms are big too even though you might run into some faulty sinks or showers which you can contact the reception to fix. It genuinely felt like staying in a villa from the 90s but the limited number of rooms really helps to make the place feel like it’s your own home. You can sit on the chair by the balcony with a book to end your night. Very peaceful. There is no reception so make sure to contact the hotline when you arrive. You just need to get the code to the keybox and you can enter your room already. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to stay around and relax. There’s a couple of coffee spots nearby so it’s really nice to immerse with the locals in the morning for breakfast. For the size of the room and relatively new furnishings, the price is a steal.
