酒店位置很好，附近很多餐廳和按摩店，去邊都好方便，行9分鐘左右仲可以去到Vincom center, 內有 supermarket ,可以買手信。房間乾淨寬敞，床十分好訓！早餐味道亦不錯。推介！

這次入住體驗非常愉快。飯店地點方便，周邊生活機能很好，房間乾淨整潔、安靜舒適。櫃枱與服務人員都相當親切，回應迅速，讓人感到賓至如歸。整體性價比很高，下次再來一定會再次選擇這裡。

一個新飯店來說我覺得挺好的雖然過程遇到一點小問題但服務人員都很友善很快幫忙處理改善早餐跟午茶都很好吃健身房跟桑拿非常棒免費洗衣機烘衣機也很實用非常喜歡這家飯店房務人員也很細心整理雖然還是有些地方可以小改善(我覺得可以提供請勿打擾的門牌) 不過整題來說是非常推薦的飯店

這家酒店的服務人員態度非常好而且很主動，永遠笑臉迎人，早餐的女服務生非常主動安排咖啡或茶，廚師也很好，每次都將煎蛋送到我的桌上，所以這家酒店的服務員可打100分。

這一星送給這老闆不顧客人健康新裝潢的飯店飯店內滿滿的甲醛味道依然選擇開幕進去眼淚直流房間內滿滿甲醛味道要求退款或換時間皆不願意否則吸一整晚甲醛身體都壞光光服務人員態度跟協助狀況都非常棒他們也不是老闆我也不好刁難他們就算請永安客服出面一樣不能更換時間或退款永安特別合作的飯店建議永安還是先審核一下狀況永安服務還是很好的最後因為飯店不願配合永安這邊有提供coins當補償甲醛原因建議點時間不要去入住比較好

I celebrated my birthday at Amaya Saigon Boutique Hotel, and it was such a memorable experience. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel truly special on my day. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. I really appreciate the warm wishes and thoughtful arrangements from the team — it meant a lot to me. Thank you, Amaya Saigon Boutique Hotel, for making my birthday so wonderful. I’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon.

I don’t normally write so much but I feel Amaya Saigon deserves a great review. I was literally one of the first guests to stay at this new hotel (opened the day I arrived). Great hotel, staff are brilliant and most are good English speaking. Good mix of guests from Hong Kong, China, UK, SE Asia to local Vietnamese. Chris from the breakfast restaurant was a great host, very welcoming. Breakfast selection was great; I’m more for quality than quantity but the choices here are also great with a good mix of western, local and Asian delicacies. The hotel is at a great location; decor is Japandi/Swedish style, clean and comforting. Rooms are reasonably priced, is a gem of a hotel, I just hope hotel rates won’t jump up significantly when more find out about this place. Would highly recommend to business, leisure guests or even families. If I really have to name one area for improvement, I would say as the hotel becomes popular I feel there may not be enough dining tables for breakfast during peak breakfast hours. If you are looking for a luxurious 5* spa retreat, then this is not the place, but for any other purpose, this is perfect. Can’t wait to visit again…!!!!
