No need to say much, please don’t book from this homestay. It is not a hotel, please aware of this.

The hotel is located at 1st district in Sai Gon, so only 5 minutes of walking could reach city centre (Đường Phạm Ngũ Lão), super convenient location! However, the room itself is quite tiny and the wasn't a "checkin coutner" for me to checkin. It is just a motel built on top of a cafe, worths 2-star only. Not even a 4-star hotel. However, I got a matcha buffle with salted coffee at the cafe at the final day of staying, it was nice! I loved vietnam coffee.

World travelers, beware of extortion, blackmail, and ghost hotels with no signage, no concierge, and no concierge. (The official contact number is a scam number: **********.) Despite its name, this hotel has no concierge, no signage, poor hygiene, and is infested with bugs. Furthermore, they often provide rooms different from the ones booked (no balcony, black bed sheets, not white, and appear to have not been laundered). Listed on their website as "Saion Central Luxury Hotel," this hotel deceives, threatens, and exploits minor mistakes to extort money. This hotel is run by a criminal organization with no signage, no front desk, and no staff. The first floor is a cafe, and there is no hotel entrance. I booked a different room, but the bed sheets and pillows were all black and dirty. The room was clearly marked as having a balcony, but there was no balcony, and it was infested with bugs. There was no staff to help with room assignments. When I complained to the cafe staff, they said I was a part-time employee. When I denied knowing this, the hotel manager (presumably the owner) showed me a message shortly thereafter. It read, "If you have any complaints, please contact the police. I will confiscate your deposit." He threatened me (I had already paid the full four-night stay in advance). He didn't even clean my room for five days, and despite my complaints, no staff showed up. On my last day, I missed check-in by three hours. When I returned, my suitcase and belongings were all hidden away. No staff were present. He sent me a message stating that the hotel room rate was 1 million VND per night. He threatened to destroy all my belongings if I didn't pay 50 million VND in cash within 10 minutes. He demanded cash only, saying he didn't accept bank transfers. I had to return to Korea at 10 p.m. that night, and I was pressed for time. I wanted to quickly retrieve my suitcase, which contained my valuables and important documents. I spent three hours trying to borrow cash from a Vietnamese acquaintance's home in Korea. I couldn't reach any high-ranking Vietnamese officials or the Korean embassy. After sending them a few photos of myself with high-ranking Vietnamese officials, I finally received a negotiated amount of 1.5 million VND. Since I had to catch my flight back home, I decided to pay in cash and deal with all the legal issues later. Tears welled up as I headed to the Ho Chi Minh City airport. While searching for my messily packed luggage, I lost $1,300 from my carry-on bag. Four 500g bags of expensive lotus tea and civet coffee, which I had received as gifts in Hanoi, were also missing. I am conducting a thorough investigation and will report this to the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security. I have also reported this to the Vietnamese tax authorities (the cafe on the first floor does not accept cards, only cash). The hotel's hygiene is abysmal. The Sion Central Luxury Hotel's website and name make it seem like the best hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, but upon arrival, even finding a Grab driver is a struggle. This is a ghost hotel operating in a back alley, with no hotel sign, front desk, or concierge. All travelers should be aware of this. I will strongly demand compensation from 永安 and actively spread the word about this (I've been a regular 永安 customer for 15 years).

Pictures do not really match reality, especially the rooftop. Also it is not a hotel, more a homestay without a lobby. It is very noisy during night because people scream in the whole building the whole night. Room was also not as clean as it should be. Would not really suggest to stay there.

太差了，商家不回消息，訂的大房間，到了現場衹有小房間，和宣傳嚴重不符合，欺騙消費者。 酒店靠近馬路，晚上特別吵，避雷避雷

房間不大，但收拾得很整齊，住着很方便。位置不錯，出門就能找到吃的。房東溝通順暢，入住過程沒有遇到問題。
