住的是高級房 6樓以上滿安靜的 裝修後整個看起來很新 而且服務員人超好 喝醉酒還帶我上樓進房幫開冷氣 下次會再住這家

飯店位置不錯，叫車方便，離日本街也不遠。附近便利商店、餐廳也多，選擇多。服務人員也非常親切，還協助訂花。唯一缺點是飯店正在整修，室內、外部均有工程進行。飯店回覆會盡快結束工程，預計12月中完成。希望下次有再入住的時候已經完工。

地段很好，就在日本街的邊上。房間也算乾淨，入住時台盆下水有點不暢，和他們説了馬上來修，效率很高。前台小哥非常熱情，酒店的早餐很棒。

Pros: 1. Location. Close to Japan town and Ba Son metro station. 2. Comfortable bed and pillows, bidet toilet seat. Cons: 1. No blackout curtains 2. Badly laid out bedsheets... It'll be totally out of place and you'll be sleeping on the mattress protector when you wake up 3. Please put a towel hanger closer to the shower/bathtub... Not all the way at the other end of the toilet 4. Air conditioning turns off after 3 hours. Adjusted this on the controls by turning off the eco mode but it didn't help. 5. Fridge isn't cold

It’s a good location but i was not happy at the fact that they gave me so many rules about the room but they did not tell me that there was no hot water in the hotel at present. After I found out, they still said they’ve had this problem for 3 days. But still nobody told me. After I complained, they did upgrade my room free of charge though but I had to sacrifice a shower that night

I stayed at Nicecy Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for 7 days and had a really pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast every morning was a great bonus with limited variety of choices BUT you won’t get bored to start the day. What really stood out was the excellent service. A special thank you to Iris (front desk), who went above and beyond to help me coordinate with a seller for an item I purchased online. Her assistance made my 永安 much smoother, and I truly appreciated her friendly and professional support. Overall, Nicecy Hotel offers great value, comfort, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, whether for business or leisure.

2층 창문 없는 수페리어룸 사용. 단 2가지의 단점 외 모두 장점. 수영장이 매우 작은편이라 아쉬웠고, 저녁 9시~11시 사이에 방음이 잘 되지 않아서 조금 아쉬웠다😅 하지만 매우 좋은 가격과, 맛있는 아침식사, 매우 친절하고 프로페셔널한 서비스의 직원들이 항상 웃으면서 좋은 서비스를 제공해주었다. 주변에 편의점, 마사지 시설, 맛집도 가까워서 걸어다니기도 좋았고, 그랩을 타고 다니는 것도 편했다.

酒店的位置很便利，對面就有ministop超商和咖啡店，附近也有很多日本料理和韓式餐廳。餐廳在頂樓，早餐還過得去，選擇不多，但也不難吃。🙂🙂我住的房間雖然不大，但因為有重新裝修過，住起來很舒服。我已經預訂下次來要再入住這間酒店了！👍

We stayed in 永安ple room with nice view. Ms.Hannah , staff of hotel answer our e-mail with fully serviced to help us for good 永安. Hotel staff are very good service mind. We can leave our luggage before checkin and after checkout. The bed are comfy and breakfast is buffet which many option including Pho. Thank you you all to make us happy stay.! The hotel is good location as well. Convenient store 24hrs is opposite, not far from river for running, close to Japan town with many spa and Izakaya. 👍

在越南，在這個地段，這個價位的這家酒店是不踩雷，房間硬件設施比較差，國內低端酒店的水平，但是在越南也確實沒得挑，無法和國內相提並論。服務很好，尤其是前台服務員BEN HANA EMILY服務態度出色，這個是我在國內沒有感受到的，給這個服務員點贊👍。
