西貢內斯塔內斯塔酒店 (Nesta Hotel Saigon)

一切都很好，位置、環境、服務都很讚 可惜的是洗澡的部分沒有熱水，但是洗手槽的部分是有熱水的

超級不好的一次體驗。我覺得不值這個價格。並且這個虛假宣傳的成分。首先大門的圖片都不是他們的。我當時就是看中這個大門的圖片，然後定了他們家的酒店。以前都是孟青酒店。因為看他的大門比孟青還大。去的真的是受騙的感覺。這個價格我百分百，我選孟青，都不是一個等級。 以下都是實拍圖。我沒有惡意中傷。

Clean,courtesy,stay comfortable and saved

Great location, close to main attractions and the big market. Hotelcis quite clean but room was a bit smelly. Staff was helpful

Nice location and good service. Excellent choice of breakfast for such a hotel size but there was an issue in the rooms. We upgraded our stay to a junior suite in order for side by side hotel rooms that wasn't available. We had 2 school going children and separate floors were not a good idea so we paid double the rate for one of the rooms. This upgraded suite came with a room but it wasn't sound proof. Due to the location of the hotel, next door were pubs and it was as though sleeping next to the pubs till midnight before the music got tuned down. Wasn't a great experience resting but rest were pretty well.

Nesta hotel was ok. If I except that the room had no window (which was my mistake), it is a really bad experience because it is very claustrophobic and depressing. The location is quite good, the room is clean but the walls are quite dirty, the pool is not intended for swimming, perhaps only for chilling, it is too small and no space for towels to lay down or anything. Everything else is in place when it comes to hotel. I have a huge complaint that one night I probably had food poisoning and I vomited all night, I called the reception 3 times to bring me water and each time I told them to bring 3-4 bottles, but each time they brought 2 of 500 ml each which I drank in less than half an hour, so I had to call them again 2 more times and each time I told them the same thing but I got 2 bottles each. I could blame the hotel service in such a state.

I chose this hotel because of its central location to all the tourist places and position on a quiet side street. We caught bus 152 from the airport to save and it dropped us near enough to the hotel. It's within 5 min walk from a lot of restaurants, sites and the Ben Thanh market and this is a recommended area. The rooms are compact but ours (804) had a window (looking onto the next building) and the bathroom was good with a separate shower, it was cleaned daily. There was a safe in the room and a small fridge / mini bar, kettle, TV and comfortable beds. The staff were english speaking and very friendly, they helped us get a taxi twice with no problem. The pool and outdoor area is small but nice. We loved the breakfasts and found the food of great quality and taste and better than we were expecting for what we paid for the room package. The only negative for us was that on our last night, the front desk called and accused us of damaging the pillowcases (for the last 3 nights) and said that we would need to pay. The marks are clearly from an iron, which we did not have with us. In the morning the manager sorted it out but it was still really disappointing as we had had such a good experience at this hotel until then. To note, there are many very narrow hotels in the area so I assume the rooms are more on the compact side at other places too. On the tourist side I recommend Tonkin coffee, just down the street, the Banh Mi place (near the traffic circle to the west) and Saigon Eco craft (Next to Thanh Dai Botique shop - just south of Nesta) for souvenirs, especially coffee. The outside of the hotel pictured below is an example of what many of the hotels look like - super thin.

Great location in district 1. Can walk to major tourist spot. Wide variety of restaurant nearby.

My family had a great time here. Convenient location and located at the central of HCM, their breakfast is supper good. Friendly staff too. Highly recommend
