I stayed at this hotel recently and reserved a Premium 永安le Room with Garden View. The property is relatively new, with only two years in operation, and features tasteful antique-inspired interiors. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff members were consistently courteous and professional. Regrettably, several issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay. The initial room had a strong musty mouldy odour, which could not be resolved despite ventilation efforts and use of the air conditioning. The hotel staff arranged a room change, but the replacement was a double room with a rollaway bed. This downgrade resulted in inadequate space and comfort for three adults, leading to a very uncomfortable night. Additionally, the gym was unavailable due to maintenance, and the swimming pool was cloudy and restricted to early closing hours (7:00 pm), rendering it unsuitable for use. While I appreciated the hotel’s decision to refund the remaining two nights of my reservation, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

I recently stayed at Ahoy Hoi An Hotel, and despite experiencing Typhoon Trami during our visit, the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. Thomas, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and well-informed, keeping us updated on weather conditions and checking in regularly. Huyn, the service lady, was equally wonderful, always greeting us warmly and offering excellent recommendations for nearby dining and activities to enjoy when the storm passed. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-prepared for the challenging weather. Thanks to Thomas and Huyn, our two nights here felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hoi An!

部屋は清潔だが。全體的に暗くて、あまり居心地は良くない。バスタブも、暗い環境でトイレも近いし、ゆっくり寛げない。 廊下に窓があるのだが、私の部屋の位置が、ちょうど廊下の窓からバルコニーや部屋の中が見えてしまうので、通行人の顔が見えたりして、寛げない。 あとWi-Fiが少し弱い。 朝食も、味は普通か普通以下。あまり美味しくはない。8時頃に行ったが、それでも無くなってる料理が多數あり、補充も追いついていない。 スタッフが、全體的に対応や感じがあまり良くない。雑だったり、ぶっきらぼうな感じ。 チェックアウト後も自転車を貸してもらえ、ビーチに行ったが、近くのビーチは濁っている。 全體として、あまり快適ではなく、特におすすめしない。

Beautiful new hotel with very friendly attentive staff. Rooms fitted out very nicely with lovely bath. I loved the pool, very clean and pretty gardens. I like walking so for me it was a nice walk to old town and beach and easy straight down main road. Cheap if you want to use grab. It was great also to be able to use the bike to explore. I had a small operation while here and the staff were extremely helpful and attended to my needs. There is only one part of the new hotel open so it was beautiful and quite which was great for me this time. I’m guessing it will get a bit more busy in the future. Highly recommend and l hope to come back Thank you

신규호텔로 매우청결하고 코지하게 예쁜곳입니다 수영장도 2곳이있고 둘다수영을즐기기 좋은 넓이와깊이입니다. 베딩도 습한거없고 테라스도있어 좋네요. 조식은 가짓수는 얼마없다라는단점이 있지만 메뉴다거를것 없이 먹을만하고 식당에어컨이 안나온다는게단점 냉풍기와 선풍기로 만족하면 좋은 경치보며 깔끔히 식사할수 있습니다. 나무며 꽃이며 잉어며 조경과 인테리어에 신경많이쓴듯 넓지않지만 말그대로 코지하게 멋과 미가있다. 안방비치해변과 올드타운 사이라 애매할위치일수도 있고 반대로 양쪽다 멀지않은거리에있어 다니기 편하다고 생각할수도 있습니다. 조용해요 새소리들리고 사람많지 않아 수영장 전세내서쓸수있고 그런장점이 있습니다.
