Nature Resort Hoi An недавно сменил владельца и, судя по всему, начал обновляться. Номера — свеже отремонтированы, чистые и уютные. До центра города идти далековато, зато тишина и спокойствие обеспечены. Завтраки простые, но есть выбор. Бассейн расположен в нескольких минутах ходьбы от отеля. Resort was really nice with a lot of trees surrounding. All staff were very friendly and supportive. However, because there were some companies were exploiting accommodation service at this area at the same time, our family was sent to the resort on Trang Keo 8 street while we checked-in on Trang Keo 6 street. The support cellphone on room key was wrong when wee needed help and called to that cellphone. When we wanted to go to the pool, the electric car of the resort was broken, the reception at the resort on Trang Keo 8 street where we stayed refused to supported us because we booked with the resort on Trang Keo 6 street 🤡 Above all, we had a great experience in Hoi An.

Hoi An Nature Resort Hotel is the best in terms of hospitality Cleanliness and atmosphere. Front desk staff are very hospitable always with a smile and very accomodating. Room service is excellent they clean and scrub the bathroom and rooms everyday. Toilet bowls are clean. The bellboys carry all our luggage to our room at the top with a smile. We arrive late for lunch hotel restaurant is close and the staff even book for us a lunch at a nearby restaurant (Bong’s Farm Restaurant highly recommended) which is perfect and foods are yummy. Hotel ambiance is cozy every one will love it’s atmosphere perfect for every hearts desire. Aircon is perfect. The food serve for our breakfast is delicious and plenty (Happy Tummy) Over all it’s a success for us all. Highly recommended. Will stay again in this hotel.

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming people, always willing to help in anyway they can. The really made our stay in Hoi A great. The rooms were spacious and not too warm, with a nice en suite. The hotel is 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the old town via taxi so was a perfect location for both. If I was to come back, I’d definitely book this hotel again. For the price it was a bargain Thank you

Eating could be higher but I experienced quite a few concerns: - bed had long wam's hair on the cover (cleaning crew) - Crew diaries me, even walked into the room, asked if I needed cleaning on the checkout day, makes no sense) - Breakfast buffet only served luke warm coffee, food selection substandard, bit mo e fruits - phone to reception from room defective - Surroundings and street sorry and unkept Loan bole was defective, should be checked daily Overall, property has great potential to fix these problems; Service level overall was of high quality, helpful and responsive. -

We booked this hotel in Hoi An for a quiet stay, and while the location was peaceful, the experience was frustrating. The internet was terrible—despite a strong signal, speeds were barely 2 Mbps, making it impossible to work. Since I needed internet, the staff showed us other rooms, but they were much noisier. We made the mistake of switching rooms, and it was a disaster. For four nights, we barely slept—kids ran around, doors slammed constantly, and a water pump above our room turned on and off all night. We were exhausted and spent our days frustrated. The only highlight was the breakfast—easily one of the best we had in Vietnam. The staff were also super friendly. The bed was comfortable, but the TV was outdated, and the noise made it impossible to rest. Good value for money, but if you need peace and quiet, this is not the place. We were just relieved to leave. They have a gym but it was i useable and super dirty

Очень приятное тихое место для отдыха. Чистый номер со свежим ремонтом. Горячая э́вода в душе. Приветливый персонал. Телевизор 20 каналов, русских нет, англоязычный один. Завтрак, шведский стол, отличный, вкусный и разнообразный. До центра города километра 3. Можно бесплатно взять велосипеды напрокат. Рекомендую!
