Our stay at JM Hoi An Beach hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel itself is excellent – clean, comfortable, and with a great atmosphere. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was your wonderful staff, who went above and beyond to help us. A special thank you must go to Wendy, who is not only incredibly professional but also a genuinely kind-hearted person. We were so surprised and touched when we ran into her while exploring the enchanting old town of Hoi An. Even though she wasn't on duty, she took the time to give us brilliant recommendations for a local food. It was such a lovely and unexpected gesture that we will always remember. Thank you so much for the outstanding hospitality. It’s the personal touch and warmth from people like Wendy that make travelers want to return again and again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An and will definitely be back on our next 永安!
