Mi estancia en Fami Retreat Villa ha sido inmejorable.El mejor lugar donde he estado hasta ahora.La habitación super limpia,la cama y almohada muy cómoda.. El dueño estuvo a mi disposición absolutamente para todo siempre con amabilidad y respeto.Me quedaría allí a vivir☺️

Das Retreat ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind weicher als die durchschnittlichen vietnamesischen Betten. Alles war sauber. Der Besitzer hatte immer sehr gute Tipps. Für ein Grab-Taxi in die Altstadt haben wir immer so 32.000VND bezahlt. Dafür hatten wir eine schöne ruhige Gegend ohne Überschwemmungen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super cleanliness home and friendly staff !! The place located in a very quiet area where you can enjoy peaceful birdsong on wake up. Lucky I got a room over the little small but super clean swimming pool, not to mention they have a BBQ station + kitchen and dinning area for group as well. A few minutes bike to old town. Highly recommend ! ＜3 David.

시설도 깔끔하고 직원분들도 극도로 친절했어요 수영장과 자전거도 있었지만 호이안이 홍수가 날정도로 비가오고있어 이용못했구요 바닥에 작은개미가 좀많은점과 사방에서 물이나오는 샤워기 올드타운과 살짝 거리가 있는점 제외하고는 시설도 좋고 직원친절도 최고에요 다음호이안방문때 재방의사 있습니다

I truly appreciate the owner’s hospitality and kindness. They made my stay so easy and comfortable. I really recommend this place for solo traveler or groups. It’s peaceful, cozy and perfectly located near tourist spots in Hoi an.

別墅型民宿，在十字路口處，樓上視野很好，裏面有泳池，房間空間很大，帶陽台，方便休閑和晾曬衣服，屋內衞生乾淨；離會安古城大概4～5公里，打grab摩託車大概10 RMB左右；老闆是一對年輕夫妻，人很熱情，去的時候正值中秋，是中國和越南人民的共同節日，老闆送了個越南月餅，讓我得以品嚐當地美食糕點，正好我也帶了一個國內廣州酒家的月餅，也送給老闆品嚐，算是回禮，大家共度佳節。總之這次入住體驗不錯，會安是個挺有魅力的古城，下次還會再去，有機會還會選擇這家住宿，希望大家還能再見面。

Our stay at the Fami retreat Villa Hoi An was one of the best I have ever had! We stayed a total of 3 nights there and are more than satisfied. The rooms are as in the pictures very cozy and the beds extremely comfortable. Also the pool is very large and optimal to swim a few small lanes. For this already a 10/10! But even better was our host Nguyen. He received us on arrival, showed us everything and made himself directly available for questions. In addition, he took extra time to give us tips on what we can do in Hoi An. The first morning he invited us to breakfast and we had a lot of fun with him and other guests. On our last evening we had a barbecue together and spent a nice evening together. On our now almost 2 months Asia 永安 we did not have by far such a nice stay as with Nguyen in the Fami retreat Villa. For anyone who likes social contact and wants to make the most of their stay in Hoi An, the Fami retreat Villa is a must! 101% recommendation. Gladly again!

Incroyable expérience dans ce homestay !! Le propriétaire est adorable, il m’a invité à boire un coup avec lui et m’a fait goûter de la nourriture vietnamienne !! Vous pouvez foncer sans hésiter, en plus la piscine est top et la chambre aussi
