We arrived at the Villas after 9pm with 4 young children and 4 adults. Immediately we noticed a number of safety hazards for children and many unkept areas of the property. We were tired so were eager to get into the rooms. The rooms were very dated and looked different from the photos. With young children it was not suitable. The villa is also in a very remote and quiet area of town. We scrambled to book a place for the night and found a more appropriate hotel for our young families. We asked the owners if we could cancel our booking due to safety issues and the fact that the pictures did not accurately reflect the hotel. We offered to pay for the first night even though we didn’t stay and requested a refund for the remaining nights. The hotel declined and charged us for the full stay. We have asked 永安 to investigate this property further to ensure the photos are updated to realisticly reflect the rooms and exterior of the hotel.
