老闆很nice，英語不錯，人很熱情，房間很乾凈，有陽台，洗衣服乾淨便宜。老闆還幫忙訂票去順化，老省心了。酒店對面有家小餐館，老闆很熱情，飯菜都很好吃。下次來會安還來這兒。

This gorgeous boutique hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old town of Hoi An. We had a balcony room on the third floor and it was perfect ! Great view, a huge comfortable bed , and a good size.

Shuttle to private area of beautiful An Bang beach, good breakfasts, smallish, but adequate, sheltered pool. Reception staff very helpful with tours and local advice, room and hotel facilities always clean and well maintained.

Breakfast resto is very Hoian style and boutique. Ms Nina, ma Nghi, ms Thuy observed our table and reach for serving even before i ask.

I never commented anything negative on any property i've stayed but this time i need to, Initially i've booked 3nights to be in this hotel but because of the impression of one of the staff at the front desk (MuOi) has made me decided to only stay in this hotel for 2 nights. At first she's very friendly and helpful, even whatsapp us a day before our arrival (which was a very nice gesture) then she did mentioned they provide free shuttle to a Tailor shop (which she claim , ✌🏻gives better price✌🏻) only to found out that tailor shop will charge you crazy amount of money and i do believe she'll get commission out of any order from us.. hotel does not have any elevator (only stairs) , pool is not that clean, the only plus is its near to some convenient shop & food stalls/small shops. I guess they are lucky enough now as i will not return again as a guest and pls do not trust the front desk on advising anything in regard to tailoring/pricing. Just do ur own research , Attaching picture some screenshot of our conversation in what's app.

I must finish by mentioning the staff at this hotel,this was our honeymoon so to meet such happy,friendly and helpful staff completed our stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family with a toddler. The location is great as it's walking distance to the old town and you can come back to the hotel if it gets super hot outside.

Especially the beauticians made a real effort, among others we were treated by Hien & Ngoc who were very nice and professional. The rooms very clean and comfortable. Overall highly recommended!

At first we were skeptical, but we were already in Vietnam for two weeks and it was a service experience that suited hotels of highest level. Location, food, swiming pool, reception,english skills are all great. We'll be back.
