Заселился один раньше времени на час. Расположение хорошее, 10 минут пешком до старого города, но далеко от пляжа. Велосипеды не рабочие. Убирались плохо, только постель заправляли, но белье не меняли и подметали, вынося мусор. После выселения, хозяин пытался приплюсовать ещё 2 банки пива, но я не согласился.

호이안 관광지 인근에 있는 개인 빌라로, 주인 사장님과, 담당 직원이 참 친절 합니다. 오토바이를 렌트 하여, 투본강 인근을 드라이브 하는 재미도 너무 좋습니다. 인근에 세탁소, 로컬 음식점들이 있어, 지내는 동안 아무 불편이 없었습니다. 호이안 구시가지 입구에 있는 롯데리아 음식 메뉴도 정말 맛있습니다.

사장님도 친절하시고 가성비숙소 최고입니다. 일단 넘 깨끝해서 좋았고 와이파이 에어컨 화장실 넘 편의시설이 잘되있어서 좋았습니다. 넘 편안하게 굿잠자고 일어나서 리뷰남겨요~^^ 호이안 야시장 걸어서 7분정도 이동도 편안함~

Room have a sofa and it's the worst I ever had the TV work with no channel the ceiling has a strange black spot the bed feel quite nice it's ok for 1 night stay

The hotel itself is fairly okay and offers a decent budget option. However, the guy at the front desk was quite unreasonable. According to the check-in policy, the early check-in fee should have been 30%, but he tried to charge me 50% for the time I arrived. I literally had to show him the calculation on a calculator to prove it. On the last day, when we checked out, he insisted that we hadn’t paid for the laundry, even though we had already paid in cash. It turned into a 20-minute argument until I showed him the exact moment on camera where I physically paid. Even then, he still said “no, no” and asked me to transfer money via an app. Of course, I didn’t transfer anything — I told him I had already paid and that I needed to leave because my taxi was waiting. Overall, it’s a decent alternative for cheap accommodation, but you really need to be careful when dealing with them. Also, for anyone booking here: don’t expect too much just because the price is low — in our room, some walls had peeling paint, there was a small hole in the ceiling, and a few stains on the bed sheets

The people in the hotel did not speak english, which was very annoying. They did have a bike rental. Altough the rooms were cleaned everyday, the room itself was not very clean.

The place is located right in the middle of hoi an, a few streets away from old town, lots of eateries around and about an hour half away from the beach (on foot). The room itself is big with big cupboard and a mini fridge (but the plug too short to get to the socket). If you look in detail, it's pretty rundown... Some things are pretty old and broken. The stairs holder is broken so be careful. Some curtains are molded? But ignoring that, all the things are functioning well and doesn't really affect much if you are looking for a place to rest. They have a 'pantry' area where you can dine in and microwave your food.

櫃枱服務很好也很親切，也幫我們叫車。但可惜房間內有許多小蟲飛在飛，也有不少蚊子。第一天洗澡也完全沒熱水，等到隔天早上跟櫃枱反應，當天的晚上才有熱水，但熱水是一下突然很燙一下變超冷，很難控制水温。雖然價位確實很便宜，但浴室設備真的不好用
