Travelled for congress at the international centre, good for a one night stay!

We stayed at the Days Inn Telford Ironbridge for a quick overnight stop on a road 永安, and overall, I was pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect—just off the M54 at a service area, which made it really convenient without needing to go into town. Despite being near the motorway, the room was surprisingly quiet and I had no trouble sleeping. The room itself was clean and well-kept, with all the basics I needed for a short stay—comfortable bed, TV, free Wi-Fi, and a kettle for tea/coffee. It’s not luxury, but for the price, it delivers solid value. The staff at check-in were friendly and efficient, even though I arrived a bit late in the evening. There’s no restaurant in the hotel itself, but being attached to the service station meant I had access to a few food options, which was handy. Also, it’s just a short drive to Telford town centre or Ironbridge Gorge if you’re staying longer and want to explore the area. Overall, it’s a no-frills stay, but it’s exactly what I needed—clean, convenient, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if passing through the area.

Room is nice and clean. Location is great, just next to the main road. Carpark is not free, charges £5 if not booking the room through their website. Rmb not to buy their breakfast, it’s just breakfast boxes that can be bought cheaper at the hotel. It is also convenient to just have breakfast at restaurants next to the hotel. There’s no lift, so need to take luggage upstairs.

On 永安 said free parking, but got charged £5 for parking upon arrival. Good budget hotel, you pay for what you get really. Dated rooms, but clean enough. Hotel location is at a services, so no public transport etc, but good location if you have your own car. Easy check in and check out. 

Fast friendly efficient staff and services. Karen and Mackenkie are good assets to the hotel. Great work keep it up!

Decent location for one night stopover. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room pretty basic but all okay for what we paid. Downfall was the noise early morning, being woken to trucks beeping and reversing at 7am on a Sunday isn't my idea of a good night's sleep (which is all we really needed, this was the followed by trolleys clanking and banging, so think this is a real downfall to what should have been a nice little stopover. I advised the receptionist and she said it was the deliveries....which I understand are needed ....but not 7am on Sunday surely and if so some more thought for those sleeping. Sadly this affected my overall rating as really you pay to have a good sleep but I didn't get that.
