The place is so near the ladies market. The inn is located on 5th floor, it is not an organized place, they only provide towels upon request. The staff at the front desk hardly speaks english. The ac in the room is too cold which is good. It has tv, kettle and hair dryer. Like any other inns, the space is too small. Toilet is dirty and need renovation.

説實話，體驗一般，有如下問題，我們去到了，前台給我們的房間，我們去到，結果已經被別人住了，然後又安排另外一個房間，結果這個房間衞生完全都沒打掃，又搞了十幾分鍾，才安排另外一個房間，裏面衞生一般，一堆鞋子放在洗臉盤裡，衞生間凌亂……希望有管理人員，管理好這些東西……

Probably on the top 3 of the worst places I’ve ever stay. - The room was very dirty, the sheets smelled bad and were literally burned with cigarettes on both beds.  I had to ask for clean bed sheets because they smelled like they had not change it for a while. The clean ones that they gave me were also burned. - The toilet was very dirty, with open amenities from the previous guest.  The cover of the tank of the wc was missing, and there was mold everywhere. - There was a table on the room that was super greasy.  - There was a phone number written on the wall with a name, which I don’t even want to know who was it from. I add pictures of everything. This place should be banned from 永安. Worse experience ever.

It is a good hotel, with an excellent service. The hotel's service was exceptional, with immaculately maintained rooms and staff dedicated to providing a seamless stay. Their attention to hygiene and sanitation further enhanced our appreciation for this outstanding establishment. It truly sets the standard for excellence in both service and cleanliness.

沒去之前，好怕那裡的人態度不好，結果剛去到是個不知道是美女老闆還是客服，態度很好的接待了我們，有點意外，一個大人，兩個孩子住的，房間確實很小，裏面空調熱水，風筒都有，，在香港也就這樣了，衞生一般，這個價格在香港是低等消費了，房間沒有窗也無所謂，所以要求不能太高。但是床單被子好大味道。將就着住一晚上還是可以的
