香港榮泰賓館(家庭旅館) (Wing Tai Guest House)

香港超值酒店！比airbnb性價比還高，就在佐敦，地鐵站走路不到五分鐘，從西九龍高鐵站走過來大概15分鐘，也有到福田口岸的公交，主要是很乾凈，老闆娘真的收拾的挺好，單人間雖然小，但是這個性價比還有獨立衞生間在香港還想要什麼！

房間比較細，前台很好升級較大一間房給我休息，位置近佐敦非常方便，有電視收睇，洗手間也很細小，謝謝你的

老闆人很和氣，為我免費升級了兩人房，大樓裏涼快自己房間的空調幾乎不用開，房間很乾凈，下次還想住這裏，但不可能十全十美，美中不足的是看到了幾個小蟲子。

佐敦駅に近く、バス通りに面していて非常に便利です。 オーナーの女性は非常に親切で、対応がフレキシブルでした。 事前にメールでやり取りした時も、非常に丁寧な返信を頂きました。 1階でのインターホン又はパスワードによる入館、そして宿泊階でのパスワードによる入館などは、 オーナー女性に説明してもらう必要がありますので、英語か広東語で話すと良いと思いますが、 難しければ事前にホテルにメールして、到着時間などを伝えておけば、十分に援助してもらえると思います。 私は中國語の標準語を使いましたが、十分に対応して頂けて、會話も、メールも支障ありません。対応は非常に丁寧です。 一般住宅や事務所が入る古い建物に入居しているので、エレベーターやシャワーのお湯など理想的ではないところもありますが、 料金がかなり安いので、旅行に慣れていれば全く問題ありません。エアコンは効きます。

香港寸土寸金，這家酒店的位置很好，住宿安全，方便換乘，老闆人很好服務周到。我自帶一次性床品和馬桶墊入住，感覺還不錯。

This location is about a block away from Jordan MTR - use B exit. It is a great location especially for that area and to get around. The entrance is located on a side street with golden lettering and you will need to get the pin for the front door. The Guest house is inside a residential building. There is always a security guard in the building which is nice. The Guest House is located on the 3rd & 10th floor however the elevator for the even number floors was out of service (We stayed there Apr 10-11) so we had to go either on the 9th or 11th floor to go up and walk to the 10th - this isn't the Guest House's fault but just more of a FYI situation. The elevator is tiny. Miss Chan was very helpful. She wasn't there when we arrived but the security guard let us in first and we mentioned the Guest House name. We called Miss Chan's number that was on the door via Whatsapp. My Cantonese is horrible and her english isn't the best but we worked it out in the end. We arrived earlier than check-in time and luckily one of the rooms we booked was already ready for us so we were able to store our things. We booked 2 永安le bed rooms (1 on each floor). The room is cozy (That's also a HK thing - space is a rarity) but for the location and price it fit what we needed. I would stay here again if I come back to HK. It is also a 8 min drive from West Kowloon Train station.

The building itself was not found immediately.There are two elevators in the building, you need to go up to the 10th floor and you are there.The woman is very kind and friendly.Every day we changed towels and took out the trash.There was no kettle, but in the lobby you can pour hot water.We lacked a refrigerator in the room.In general, everything liked.Location is great, somewhere you can walk, and so the subway is close.

위치는 너무 최고. 1층에 비밀번호 치고 들어가야되는데 알기 어려움. 남들 들어갈때 쫓아들어가야함. 10층이 프런트인데 안계시면 카운터에 있는 명함에 위챗 qr로 연락드리면 되는데 위챗 없으시면 힘드실듯 시설은 열악하긴하지만 저렴하고 좋음

Die Unterkunft ist ganz in der Nähe einer U-Bahn Station ca. 5 min zu Fuß. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Es gibt einige Verstaumöglichkeiten. Das Bett war bequem und es ist sauber. Es gab leider ein paar kleine Ameisen, die mich allerdings nicht weiter störten, da sie nur in einer Ecke waren. Gestört hat mich mehr das die Klimaanlage direkt über dem Bett angebracht ist sodass die kalte Luft direkt auf das Bett gerichtet ist. Heißes Wasser war am Empfang kostenlos zu bekommen. Wasserflaschen kosteten ca. 10 Dollar für 3 Flaschen. Ich war 4 Nächte untergebracht und mochte das kleine, fensterlose Zimmer. Ich hätte es auch länger ausgehalten.
