最佳盛品酒店尖沙咀 (Best Western Plus Tsim Sha Tsui)

房間太吵了，WiFi 幾乎滿格，但是無法上網，有上網需求的，謹慎入住

入住時前台男接待很客氣友善， 之後的兩個就面無表情， 不會正面看你回答問題。酒店在鬧區拐彎處不吵，房間也不錯， 需走一段路到地鐵站。

家裡來人，故意租個酒店招呼客人，差得不是一點點，簡直是兩張60年代的木板床，丟死個人了，這樣的房間租1千3一晚，簡直喪盡天良

有點一般 沒有辦法理解廁所為什麼那麼差，電梯太老。早餐一般。870的水平我覺得不值得，➕五百去好點地方更值得。大陸的維也納三百一天比這都好幾倍了

預定的是三人房 雙人床兩張 需求是高樓層正確無誤 閥門開啟時聲音好大,不知道是不是不夠潤滑的關係 房卡很容易就被消磁 三張卡有兩張卡不能用, 漱口杯馬克杯攪拌棒拖鞋 可是所有的備品都是二人份 雙人床不大,被子只適合購單人用 枕頭很軟,躺上去就扁了 我哥哥單人睡床,只要翻身 床腳就會發出聲音,感覺好像是床墊或床腳不穩 床跟電視的擺設位置很不優 必須橫在床上,才有辦法正視電視 看電視的前的床,有人看電視 後面的床就看不到電視了 可能是本人習慣休息時,眼睛盯著電視看 可能剛好是我住的房間格局不優 總之,這是我個人住這間飯店的經驗 下次再來香港不會再住這一間 以上經驗以上經驗僅供參考

展會期間，雖然很早就預訂了，但是還是沒什麼性價比 首先，床頭竟然沒有總控，需要到門口關燈。 其次，房間很老舊，也比較小，過道很窄 然後，連住不給換浴巾，不換床單的酒店經常能碰到，不換浴巾的還是第一次碰到。 而且其他酒店不更換床單也是爭得客人同意後再進行的，並大部分會提供一些其他服務或抵用券作為補償。 更重要的是，一共衹有兩條浴巾，沒有面巾更不要説擦手巾了 另外，房間內的紙巾竟然直接用的捲筒廁紙代替 還有，空調風量很大，最低檔還是風很大，要麼就衹能關掉，聲音也很吵 再是，香港的酒店很多都不提供瓶裝水，不過對應的他們都會提供一個瓶子到指定地方或有專用過濾器，可以接飲用水，但這家酒店什麼都沒有提供，估計就是讓客人接自來水燒一下喝或者自己去買吧 最後，説一下早餐，品種極少，口味不佳，餐廳狹窄 整體：除了地理位置尚可，幾乎沒什麼優點

設施：設施齊全 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：環境位於尖沙咀地區，地理位置優越，周邊葯店超市餐飲齊全，住起來很方便 服務：工作人員服務態度很好

If it was not for the great location in Tsim Sha Tsui (still required a 10 min walk to either of the two nearby subway stations), I would not have booked this hotel given the outdated furnishings. You have small busy elevators that get jammed with luggage, and inconvenient taxi pickups due to street restrictions (double yellow line). I compromised booking this room to get 永安le beds instead of 2 rooms, but at least it's clean, right? WRONG: noisy AC fan (goodbye quiet sleep) that is barely cold. Long hairs are everywhere on the floors (from the vent fans?), even after telling the front desk for a cleaning touch up. The hair still exists even after daily housekeeping! But they made the sheets, so some cleaning was done... And the bathroom and shower tiles are filthy and cramped. Significant yellow stains can be seen on the shower panels, along with moldy silicone caulk around the edges and shower fixture. The cloth shower curtain skirt is yellowed filthy on the bottom. I can put up with a lot, but at least clean the yellow shower wall stains (which can be cleaned with some scrubbing, I checked) after I bring it to the hotel's attention. You got one chance, I won't repeat myself to get a minimum of cleanliness. Find another hotel. I want to forget this stay so much - I didnt even take photos of the small room with its clean bedsheets. Surprised my feet didn't get fungal infections. I will forever regret putting my family up in this filthy room.

We traveled to HK for a night 永安 and ended up with this hotel. Though we were upgraded to a family room as per the front desk, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as you find photos of how old and unmaintained the rooms are. The air conditioning is one other thing that is disappointing. It cannot cool the room and we ended up having a sweaty night. There are more options for tourists around the area and you can shell or add a little more cash for it for a convenient stay.

The hotel is quite strategically located. It is less than 8mins walk to Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR (do not get confuse with Tsim Sha Tsui MTR) although it’s about 10mins walk apart from both MTR. Overall location I would say it’s ideal. There’s some comments on the services. Firstly the front desk with a manager title greeted us with some fake English accent 🤣 which surprise me. It will be more pleasant if he speaks normally. Secondly, 8 out of 10 hotels would be able to accommodate early checks for hotel guest but this hotel stand firm on 3pm check in, which I’m certainly fine because it written there. But one would argue that there’s a lack of courtesy. One thing that deserved my praise is the staff who handles the luggage, he serve with great manner and command better courtesy than the front desk. Amenities expectation. Don’t expect much. Hearsay that in HongKong even breathing the air cost money (exaggerated) but toothbrush, toothpaste and even Bottle of Water cost money for this hotel. No complimentary bottle of water. Conclusion If one do not intend to stay in the hotel all day and enjoy the facilities, just wishing to get some sleep and prepare for another city walk in HongKong, this hotel is somewhat ideal.
