非常好，客服很有禮貌，主動升級了房間，香港寸土寸金的地方，能住到這樣的一室一廳，感覺真的很豪華了。房間打掃得也很乾凈，浴室水也很足，下樓就是鬧市區，中環蘭桂坊都在眼前。整體非常滿意！

酒店設計很有藝術氣息, 華麗又不落俗套, 看得出花了很多心思, 員工親切有禮又熱心幫助, 住宿體驗真的非常好, 因為訂房那天是我生日, 一進酒店房就看見酒店員工親手寫的生日卡和果盤, 很窩心, 酒店附近有很多知名食店, 超市和便利店就在附近很方便, 晚上還可以逛一下酒吧街, 交通也很方便, 整體來說滿分！

The room was so spacious and had absolutely everything we needed! The hotel entrance was secured by key card access only, which made us feel very safe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. The location is amazing, literally right in the center of everything! 🌆 10/10! This is now our favorite hotel in Hong Kong! ❤️

The location of this hotel is fantastic- right in the heart of all that Hollywood road has to offer, near to both bars, grocery, and cafes, as well as the escalators and shopping. We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, which we only used to make coffee. You would have to request pots, pans, and plates anyway if you were to cook. There is a Nescafé and a water purifier there, as well as a washing machine/dryer combo. The bed is comfortable and the rooms include blackout curtains and AC. The bathroom was huge and had a wonderful rain shower. There are lots of switches that made the automatic curtains and lights confusing but the staff is super nice and will help with anything you want- just ask them to show you at check in. One drawback we found was that 永安 listed a sale price for this hotel that far exceeded the cost nearer to the date on other third party sites. 永安 had price matching, so beware of this and check!

This is, hands down, my favourite hotel in HK. The location is unbeatable. When I mean unbeatable, I don't mean you're walking 400m nearby. I mean you're walking 50-100m. You're right in the thick of it. I hesitate to give it a good review because I don't want the prices to go up. I stayed here for over a month. The staff were good. Bringing food to your door. Whatsapp communication. Gym was simple with everything you'd need. Peel street in 10m away. The rooms feel like an Airbnb, the lighting is good. My only gripe is the electronic curtains / sheers are a bit finicky. They can be hard to work. And whilst the lighting is good, it's not easily adjustable if you like to play around with a specific setting. All in all, close to perfect.

房間很大，客廳旁邊一個廚房，洗手間有雙人梳洗台，卧室旁還有衣帽間。樓下三分鐘路程內就有兩家711和一家百佳超市，很方便。房間內酒吧飲料可免費享用，房間設施也很智能，空調分卧室和客廳單獨調控，電動窗簾。去交易廣場步行十分鐘，而且可以坐上山的電梯。酒店附近還有酒吧，晚上很熱鬧。

위치가 진짜 좋아요 원딤섬, 베이크하우스 다 가까워요 웨이팅 최소로해서 20분이내로 다 사서왔어요 대신 뷰는 홍콩시티뷰라 커튼계속치고 있어야 합니다! 룸은 오래된 느낌이 조금 있긴해도 나쁘지 않았어요 직원들 모두 친절했고, 밤에 잘때 좀 시끄러워서 예민하신분들은 참고하셔야할 것 같아요
