阿斯頓威基基菩提樹度假村 (Aston at The Waikiki Banyan)

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations, especially considering my positive visit a few years ago. To begin, I had to request housekeeping after three days, only to be told, “Oh, I see you have cleaning, so I’ll add you to the housekeeping list.” Despite that, the room was never vacuumed or swept during the stay. The laundry service was also unsatisfactory — it cost $4.00 to wash and another $4.00 to dry a single load, yet the dryer did not fully dry the clothes. Additionally, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a mattress barely 1.5 inches thick and sagging so badly that it created a "body pothole" in the middle. It was far from usable as a bed. The curtain shade to slider was ripped and missing a quarter of it so the sun woke us up early. The blinds did not open as there were no strings to do so. Twin beds - really??? No indication any where on my confirmation I was getting twin beds!!!! I would have never booked that. Look at receipts no mention of twin beds!!!!!! This visit was $600 more than my previous stay, and to add to the frustration, I was notified only two days before my arrival that the pool would be closed due to construction — something that should have been communicated much earlier. While I understand renovations and staffing challenges can occur, the level of service and amenities provided on this 永安 were far below what I expect for the price paid. リピーターです。 トータルバランスがよく満足できるホテルです。

部屋はとても、ひろくてよかったです！でも建物がふるいのとカーテンが破けていたりこわれてたりでそこは改善してほしいです！

とてもよかった。 しかし、食器類が汚い… もひまたいくなら泊まりたいなと思いました。 それ以外は申し分ないくらい良いホテルでした。

房間很大。廚房各種設施都很齊全。可以做飯，非常方便。離海灘商業中心都很近。非常便利.服務人員態度很好。

建物、エレベーターなど元々の設備は古いです。部分的にリニューアルしてるようなので、それほど不便は無いです。フロントは英語のみですが、こちらの意思を伝えると丁寧に対応してくれました。清掃など従業員の方も親切です。

因為有廚房定了這家住了二週、沒有來吸過一次塵，房間舊設備舊每天的服務差（有時衹給放了浴巾而已，投訴前台二次，前台服務態度還可以）電梯從入住到退房其中一部是壞的，上下非常擁擠需要時間長。下次不會再訂這家了

I had the very top floor which i wanted... the view was great but the room only had a small TV in the living room and none in the bedroom :/
