I had locked myself out my room so I had to go get another key and when I went to asked the guy that was at the front desk for an extra key.. He was all rude and then he didn’t slide or hand the get card gently he just threw it in the slot and never asked was I ok how was my staying going. He was not in a good mood to be doing customer service.. He was really rude and my room was clean but it smelled like either someone had been smoking **** in it or was in the room in next to me.. I hate the smell of that stuff and for them to have on there no smoking that’s all my room smelt like… so y’all might need to not let the guy that’s was there on 12/15/2024 around 11:30 or 12 something. cause he just lost customer than was traveling and didn’t have a good stay so thumbs down
