พนักงานบริการดีมาก แต่ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักโดยรวมค่อนข้างผิดหวัง เมื่อเทียบกับราคาและมาตรฐานโรงแรม 4 ดาว เข้าพัก 2 คืน ราคาห้องพักรวมอาหารเช้าเกือบ 4,000 บาทต่อคืน ค่อนข้างคาดหวังว่าจะได้รับบริการและความสะอาดที่ดีตามมาตรฐานของโรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาว แต่กลับพบปัญหาหลายอย่างตั้งแต่วันแรกที่เข้าพัก 1. ปัญหาท่อน้ำระบายน้ำในห้องอาบน้ำอุดตัน เป็นปัญหาแรกที่พบตั้งแต่วันแรกที่เข้าพัก พนักงานเข้ามาตรวจสอบและแก้ไขเบื้องต้นแล้ว แต่น้ำยังระบายได้ไม่ดี และได้รับแจ้งว่าช่างจะเข้ามาดำเนินการในวันถัดไป ในเบื้องต้นโรงแรมเสนอให้เปิดฝาท่อระบายน้ำทิ้งไว้ขณะอาบน้ำ ซึ่งผู้เข้าพักมีความกังวลเรื่องสิ่งของตกลงไปในท่อ รวมถึงความเป็นไปได้ที่จะมีแมลงหรือสิ่งสกปรกจากท่อระบายน้ำขึ้นมา จึงขอเปลี่ยนห้องพัก ทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่าจะตรวจสอบห้องว่างให้ก่อน และต่อมาเสนอห้องวิวทะเลให้เข้าชม แต่เมื่อเข้าไปดูพบว่าห้องมีขนาดเล็กกว่าห้องเดิมที่จองไว้ พนักงานแจ้งว่าห้องขนาดดังกล่าวมีเพียง 2 ห้อง โดยอีกห้องมีผู้เข้าพักอยู่แล้ว สุดท้ายจึงตัดสินใจพักห้องเดิมต่อ แต่ต้องขอใช้ห้องน้ำอีกห้องแทน และขอให้มีการปิดฝาท่อไว้ตามเดิม นอกจากนี้ ระหว่างการแก้ไขปัญหา พบว่าฝักบัวถูกนำไปวางสัมผัสกับบริเวณท่อระบายน้ำที่สกปรก ทำให้ไม่มั่นใจในเรื่องสุขอนามัยและไม่กล้านำกลับมาใช้งาน 2. ปัญหาความสะอาดและรอยคล้ายแมลงกัด เช้าวันถัดมาหลังตื่นนอน พบว่ามีรอยคล้ายแมลงกัดตามร่างกายและมีอาการคัน ทั้งที่ก่อนเข้านอนไม่มีอาการดังกล่าว จึงแจ้ง Front Desk เพื่อขอให้ทำความสะอาดห้องใหม่ทั้งหมด ทาง Front Desk แจ้งว่าจะให้แม่บ้านเข้ามาเปลี่ยนเครื่องนอนและทำความสะอาดให้ หลังจากออกไปรับประทานอาหารข้างนอกและกลับมา ได้สอบถามอีกครั้งว่าดำเนินการเรียบร้อยแล้วหรือไม่ พนักงานแจ้งว่าทำความสะอาดเสร็จแล้วและสามารถขึ้นไปตรวจสอบได้ พร้อมสอบถามว่าต้องการยาทาหรือไม่ เมื่อแจ้งว่าต้องการ กลับได้รับแจ้งว่ามีเพียงยาหม่องเท่านั้น จึงปฏิเสธเนื่องจากมีอยู่แล้ว เมื่อขึ้นไปตรวจสอบห้อง กลับพบว่าบนผ้าปูที่นอนยังมีเส้นขนและรอยเปื้อน จึงต้องลงไปแจ้ง Front Desk อีกครั้งเพื่อขอให้ทำความสะอาดใหม่ เมื่อพ่อบ้านและแม่บ้านเข้ามาตรวจสอบ แม่บ้านตอบกลับด้วยน้ำเสียงที่ไม่ค่อยเต็มใจให้บริการว่า “ก็เพิ่งเปลี่ยนไปนี่คะ” จึงต้องชี้แจงกลับไปว่ายังพบรอยเปื้อนและเส้นขนอยู่ หลังจากนั้นแม่บ้านไม่ได้พูดอะไรต่อ ในขณะที่พ่อบ้านให้บริการด้วยน้ำเสียงสุภาพและเต็มใจช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี 3. สภาพชายหาด จริงๆแล้ววิวสวย แต่ตั้งแต่คืนแรกที่เข้าพัก พบว่าบริเวณชายหาดหน้าโรงแรมมีขยะสะสมอยู่ค่อนข้างมากและมีกลิ่นเหม็น เข้าใจดีว่าช่วงที่เข้าพักเป็นช่วงมรสุม ซึ่งอาจทำให้มีขยะจากทะเลถูกพัดเข้าฝั่งมากกว่าปกติ อย่างไรก็ตาม คาดหวังว่าจะมีการดูแลและจัดเก็บขยะบริเวณชายหาดอย่างเหมาะสม 4. อาหารเช้า ไลน์อัพบุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้ามีตัวเลือกค่อนข้างน้อยมาก สิ่งที่อยากชื่นชม พนักงานส่วนใหญ่ที่ได้พบให้บริการดีมาก สุภาพ เอาใจใส่ และเต็มใจช่วยเหลือ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพนักงาน Front Desk และพนักงานที่เข้ามาช่วยแก้ไขปัญหา รวมถึงพนักงานห้องอาหารเช้า จึงอยากชื่นชมในส่วนนี้จริง ๆ อีกหนึ่งรายละเอียดเล็ก ๆ ที่รู้สึกประทับใจคือ ก่อนเดินทางกลับ โรงแรมได้มอบการ์ดเขียนข้อความขอบคุณและอวยพรให้เดินทางโดยสวัสดิภาพ ซึ่งเป็นความใส่ใจเล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ ที่น่ารักและต้องขอชื่นชมเช่นกัน

เป็นที่พักติดทะเลที่บรรยากาศดี นั่งชิวริมสระว่ายน้ำ บรรยากาศดีมาก ตอนเย็นๆยิ่งดีเข้าไปใหญ่ มองเห็นทะเล พนักงานบริการดี มีมุมให้ถ่ายรูปได้หลายมุม

The hotel is beautiful with stunning landscaping. The design is great, and there are plenty of spots to take photos. It's definitely worth a visit.

We stayed here for two nights over the weekend. We came with fairly high expectations after seeing the hotel online and learning that it was newly opened. The weekend rate was also comparable to a five-star hotel, so naturally our expectations were quite high. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we did not experience any major problems. However, considering the price point, there were several areas that fell short of expectations. The room: The room was new, clean, and comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor. We could clearly hear guests in the next room talking and playing music, as well as conversations and people walking in the corridor. Fortunately, our neighbours became quiet before 10 PM, so it did not affect our sleep too much. The bathroom was clean but had no bathtub. The balcony did not offer much of a view, and surprisingly, the TV was not a smart TV despite this being a newly opened hotel. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast: The restaurant is very small, with only around 5–6 tables, so guests need to reserve a breakfast time. Some guests had to sit outside, which was not ideal during rainy weather. Breakfast is mainly a la carte, with some bread available from a small buffet. The food was just fine. Service: The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We had no issues with the service. Privacy & Atmosphere: As this is a small 40s rooms hotel, we expected one of its main advantages to be a quiet, peaceful, and more private atmosphere. In reality, the limited space sometimes had the opposite effect. The restaurant is small, the common areas are quite compact, and there are only 5 daybeds by the beach. When several guests are using these areas at the same time, it can feel crowded rather than intimate or private. This was probably one of the biggest differences between what we expected from a small property and the actual experience. What we liked most: The location is probably the highlight. The hotel is right by the sea, and the beach is clean, peaceful, and relaxing. One thing we were slightly disappointed by was the overall artistic character of the property. We expected the design and atmosphere to have a stronger artistic identity. Overall, this is a pleasant hotel that we would recommend if the room rate is reasonable. However, at the higher weekend rates, we found it difficult to justify the price compared with other hotels in a similar price range. If the rates remain at that level, we would probably choose another option next time.

ห้องพักสะอาด แต่เราเข้าพักกับเพื่อนสองห้อง ได้welcome set มาแค่1ชุด น่าจะให้มาแบ่งกันทาน วันที่ไปสัญญาณไวไฟกำลังปรับปรุง ทำให้ทีวีดูได้ไม่ราบรื่นเท่าไร ห้องพักแอร์เย็น ท่อน้ำในห้องอาบน้ำระบายช้า ทำให้มีน้ำขัง เตียงนุ่ม หมอนนอนสบายมากๆ วิวและชายหาดดีมาก มีปูตัวน้อยๆเต็มชายหาด เด็กๆสนุกมาก อาหารเช้า อาจจะยังติดขัดอยู่บ้าง เนื่องจากห้องอาหารไม่ค่อยใหญ่ จึงมีการเปิดรับคนให้เข้าทานเป็นรอบๆ การจัดการที่นั่งยังไม่ค่อยพร้อมเท่าไร อาจจะมีติดขัดบ้าง แต่อาหารอร่อยใช้ได้อยู่ค่ะ

Nice hotel. Staff are very friendly. It’s clean , it’s in a quiet area a little down the road from the markets and busier area- that’s not a bad thing. Theres a shuttle bus that takes you up to that area for around 30 baht. (2 people) The wifi is good when it connects but we had a lot of trouble with it disconnecting often, particularly on phones. In the room we only got 3G , so this was a bit annoying. Not the end of the world. We filtered the rooms by pet friendly and about 4 options showed, we booked the room closest to the main pool right on the beach. When we arrived we were told this room isn’t pet friendly. So we had to cancel that room and rebook another. The staff were nice about it but it was annoying. They refunded immediately. I dare say this is a 永安 issue rather than the hotel. Overall good hotel and great for beachfront proximity.

Riva Hua Hin เป็นอีกหนึ่งโรงแรมที่ทำให้การพักผ่อนริมทะเลหัวหินรู้สึกพิเศษกว่าที่คิด 🌊✨ บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ ติดทะเลเขาตะเกียบ เหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อนแบบชาร์จพลัง ห้องพักตกแต่งสวย เรียบหรู สะอาด นอนสบาย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ พนักงานบริการดี ยิ้มแย้มและใส่ใจในทุกรายละเอียด ทำให้รู้สึกอบอุ่นตั้งแต่เช็กอินจนเช็กเอาต์

We had a splendid time at this resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The venue is kept clean and the housekeeping staff did wonderfully. The breakfast is repetitive and it would be good to have more variety. But if you're staying for 2-3 nights it's not a problem, however we stayed for almost a week. The pool is small but adequate. Cicada and Tamarind market are nearby for delicious and cheap meals. The hotel dinner was expensive so we only had that once.
