這是一間令我感到驚奇的飯店，櫃枱男生穿著龍袍，電梯口放置著龍椅，一切都是令人驚喜，而且他們的早餐很有越南特色，好吃😋，希望下次能再次入住機會

The location is perfect—right by the Perfume River and within walking distance of major attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view. Staff were warm, professional, and always eager to help. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of both local and international dishes. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool in the evening. The hotel blends modern comfort with touches of traditional Vietnamese elegance. I would definitely recommend the TTC Imperial Hotel for anyone visiting Hue. Great value and service!

Hotel is older but was clean and located well. Breakfast was decent with a good selection. Staff was very nice. The bell captain, Van Duc, was very kind and helpful. He arranged a great transport to Da Nang from Hue!

This was a great hotel. Clean and neat but a bit outdated - it felt like I was living in a 1980s Chinese drama. The staff were amazing and helpful and the breakfast was good too. The hotel is very central and close to excellent nightlife and restaurants. The pool was a bit green to be honest and they could definitely work on that. I was also staying on a floor that seemed to have many students booked into the hotel - at night they were making quite a lot of noise and running around the corridors - I complained about it and they soon solved the issue.

Проживали с супругой 3 дня в начале апреля 2025 г. С уверенностью заявляю, что это один из лучших отелей среди 5*. Просто королевское лобби, дружелюбные и грамотные сотрудники. Просторный чистый номер с витражными окнами. Особенно понравилась добротная и функциональная мебель, чего очень не хватает в других отелях. Вкусные завтраки, ресторан делится на открыта и закрытую зону, что очень хорошо. Рядом живописная набережная и местный Волгина стрит, много кафе и магазинов. Однозначно, 5 из 5.

Breakfast spread wasn't great for me as I have specific diet needs, but overall enough variety for the average traveller. The yoghurt was absolutely the best I'd ever had tho. Perfectly smooth, not tart, and they had an unsweetened version. The room was neat, clean, housekeeping was efficient - one of the days they ran the bell and we were just on the way out so we said they could go ahead and make up the room anyway. In and out in no time flat! The concierge service was impeccable. We were treated like royalty. It wasn't just the usual 'standard' politeness, but a friendliness that was so heartwarming I really felt special. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hue.
