順化理想酒店 (Ideal Hotel Hue)

房間大，還有一個陽台，衞生挺好的。最好一是服務，工作人員非常好專業友善。二是位置。就在市中心，門口就是酒吧街和夜市，又靠近香河，步行對岸就是皇城。

夜中　付近の店の騒音が気になる人にはおすすめしない 平気な人にはとても便利

This place has seen better days. Everything is old and falling apart. Worst of all is the room has only one electric plug. Location is inside walking street so it s quite noisy. Cockroaches walking around. Still i was fine with my stay here because the staff was friendly and rooms have terrace where you can enjoy a smoke but i wouldn t recommend it.

Although the building is rather old and facilities are limited. It's still high value in view of the room price and convenience location. The staff in Ideal are very friendly and helpful. They professionally solved all my needs including local tour booking, inter-city bus ticket, shopping recommendations. I can sit in the hotel lobby relaxing to wait for buses pickup without worry missing the buses. ( Especially, comparing with previous experiences on waiting outside travel agencies or bus stations.) Their attitude on frequently updating me the pickup bus status impressed me.

Personnel très sympa, et présent en cas de problème. Il garde vos affaires si vous partez tard le soir et c'est gratuit.

設施舊一些，居然沒有電燒水壺。服務員用暖壺（還是玻璃內膽的，特別保温）打了開水送上來的。房間面積很大，挺舒服。門口晚上特別熱鬧，是年輕人的天堂，音樂時超大，利於入眠！地理位置也好，門口吃飯種類繁多，豐儉由己。

The manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell. I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly. Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well. Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm. You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets.

No breakfast provided though choice is provided in the slection. Staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and spacious with a large balcony. Location is excellent as it is on the night walking street with many pubs, restaurants, stalls, travel agents and souveniors as well as motor rental shops. I recommend to travellers for a stay requiring ease of accessibility. By the way it is also in the vicinity of imperial city and perfume river.

the room is big and can accommdate 2 persons comfortably and spaciously with backpacks and suitcases. bathtub is clean and daily cleaning is good. There is also a balcony for drying clothes and taking rest with distant view. However, there is a lack of a writing table and safe.
