너무 저렴해서 기대를 하지 않았지만, 시설도 깨끗히고, 식사 또한 만족했습니다. 그리고 바다와 연결되어 전망이 너무 좋았습니다. 다시 찾고 싶은 장소입니다.

Péssima experiência, tive problema com cheiro insuportável de cigarro e além de tudo realizei uma modificação de checkout o recepcionista Gamal me solicitou que enviasse emails disse que estava tudo certo e infelizmente fui informado que mesmo após minha saída iriam me cobrar uma estadia a mais. Não índice e não recomendo.

O hotel é muito grande e agradável, boas instalações e a limpeza é muito boa. Comida muito variada e os funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Os responsáveis estão sempre em contacto pessoal com os hóspedes para saber a sua satisfação sobre o serviço do hotel, seja comida, limpeza, atendimento,etc. Muitos piscinas e escorregas. Experiência a repetir.

Séjour de 3 nuits, à l’arrivée certains désagréments qui ont été réglés. Chambre vue piscine avec une ventilation qui se met en route à partir de 6h30… Par contre personnel à gentil et à l’écoute.

It was the first time we tried a All inclusive hotel. This one for shure is a better one. Rooms are good, people are very friendly, nice place for enjoy in the pool.... Food and drinks all day for free, but the quality is not really good. It was a very good experience, but definitely is not the type of Holiday I like. Paying not much more and enjoying my Holiday in El Gouna, wich is another level. Less quantity but more quality.

Bel hôtel service incroyable de nombreuses piscines de nombreux restaurants. Il y avait des zones de l’hôtel qui étaient en travaux mais on le sentait même pas . Hôtel à faire en famille ou en couple super super super

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour à l’hôtel vraiment , l’équipe au top , l’ambiance familiale , les animations tout c’est vraiment bien déroulés .  Nous avons décider de revenir .  Encore merci

Nous avons passez un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, nous avons eu un super accueil Très bon service le personnel et très à l’écoute et au petit soins Nous avons bien manger, les piscines les commodité les chambres, sont très propre Les animations proposer sont sympas C’est parfait pour les petits et les grands C’est un très bon service 5 étoiles À 20 min de El gouna et 25 minute du centre d’hurgada

The hotel was amazing, the food was great and there is 3 a la carte restaurants you can reserve for free  The aqua park was fun  I was disappointed by the sea the staff was friendly and so welcomed except the one on the pool bar was so rude
