I had a very disappointing experience at Novel Hotel. One of the staff members, Manish, was extremely rude and unprofessional during my stay. Instead of being helpful, he spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel very unwelcome. When I asked a simple question about the services, he responded with clear irritation, as if I was bothering him. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where guests expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise management to address this kind of behavior if they care about their reputation.

I was absolutely amazed with the kind of room provided, even a standard room looked like a deluxe one. The experience was nice. The property is absolutely new. The property is only 3-4 months old. Though there is no operational restaurant, there are lots of food joints in a vicinity of 2 kms from the hotel. The rooms are absolutely well maintained. In short the stay was pleasant and I'd probably give it 5***** for a rating.

The property is new, service was good. No food is provided though they javelin a kitchen and a dining place. On rhe fiest day of booking, instead of a Delux room that was booked I was provided a standard room (which still was more like a deluxe room) overall the stay is nice.

Newly built hotel. Decent stay near US Consulate. Food restaurant is not open yet. So, you need to arrange your food outside or through swiggy. Overall a decent stay.
