Very worst because my room flush was not working hotel management not responding to us and say you can cancel booking

No early check in available even though its mentioned. Entire property is under construction.

Good location. However presently the buliding is under renovation and hence is difficult to locate in the night. Upkeep of bathroom is not up to the standard.

The existing staff were very helpful and undoubtedly good employees. The hotel was under renovation, the entrance were completely blocked and the and the state of the hotel was in complete renovation and rebuilding make my 永安 should have taken a note of this and should not have allowed booking of this hotel. I reached hotel quite late, hence had to accept the existing status of the hotel to stay back. Cleanliness was very poor of the room bed-sheets very dirty, and restaurant was not available at all, not even drinking water was available all the time. Paying such a premium price for the hotel and not getting any facility, not even basic drinking water, make my 永安 should refund me the amount. Earlier i did hotel bookings from makemy永安 and didn’t faced such issue. It seems to make my 永安 has lost its governance. I won’t be booking for the hotels via makemy永安 now.

Overall good and satisfactory experience. The room was good and clean. And staff was helpful and organised

Coz of the construction work in the hotel lots of dust and dirt was there but the rooms are comfortable with good amenities.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. For the past three days, we've faced numerous issues, including poor water supply, malfunctioning bathroom facilities, insufficient towels, and inadequate lighting. The overall service quality was far below our expectations. We kindly request immediate attention to these matters and hope for improvements in the future.

A oyo kind of a stay with no parking, reception is not well maintained and mannered. Not toiletries, towels & water bottles. Further bathrooms are below par with dark stains. Not at all recommended

Actually there is no parking at all in this hotel. There's no room service even for water. The land phone is not working and cables are broken. Room is spacious. Toilets are in very pathetic condition.
