The car parking place was very congested and my got damaged and after that my car was handed over to the hotel staff for wallet parking and they driven in wrong side i got e challan from TS police . after informing to the hotel Manger other staff no action taken. without any my mistake I was paid 735 INR. Bathrooms are very congested and do not provide sufficient water and towels after informing at reception they have not responded. Totally staff are not responding to the customers.

The rooms were clean and cozy, I liked the open area on the top floor, helped to distract my baby and have some fresh air. The staff was good and supportive. The breakfast was great with good options for south indian items. The only issue was the restaurant was on the opposite side of the main road, and didn't feel very safe crossing the road in the morning rush.

they claimed refund 20th till 2 pm feb n when I called on 20th at 9 am they refused. also we were 3 adults n required an extra bed which we paid extra 1000 and they gave us a single mattress. worst hotel ever

It was informed that the said hotel is 3-star, but there was nothing 3-star kind of amenities at all. I faced issues with ac & tv that were not working properly at the time of check-in. I had to call hotel staff for the same to get it on. Ac water was dripping/leaking. Otherwise staff was polite & humble, always ready to help. Thanks. No pics.
