Not bad but not on the level of 5-star hotel. Front-desk/reception staff needs to be more welcoming and friendly and they need better English skills too. The massage is great.

FEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND TRIP.COM. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also 永安 has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that 永安 is a legitimate online company, and when 永安 sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by 永安 and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of 永安 and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.

This place is sweet! My favorite thing is the breakfast. They have a handmade made-to-order bar for chapati, naan, chai, and just about any kind of Indian bread you can dream of. The sauces and good quality is very high and fresh and well deserving of the 5 stars! My only small complaint (if I must make one) is compare to more developed countries the rooms have a bit of older, woodsy feel that could be renovated. But the service plus the food easily makes this one of the best hotels in all of Hyderabad! I think you should stay here!
