The room alloted was stinking. I asked for a change. They did. But then at night, there seemed to be bed bugs. I have got bites on my arms. Not at all a good hotel. Breakfast was also not that great.

The hotel had hair on its floor. The sheets were unclean and the lobby was full of pathetic dirty linen. Extremely disappointing

Due to some personal urgency, unable to stay at the said hotel. By the time shown non refundable. So i requested for return atleast more than 12 hrs before. So they can adjust our booking. But denied for return. In this atleast i am expecting support from make my 永安. My question is why hotel not refund at least 50. They will leave our room empty. They will give it to others. Please see any possibility

No customer preference is taken care of very slow service in rooms if someone need snacks in day time they don't have chef available if someone need tea or coffee in night time they say it's dinner time we can't provide

Everything was way below average. The pictures shows are very deceptive. Unclean rooms, pathetic service, and arrogant staff. One mr. Deepak called & spoke in a condescending way for missing a small payment on a food bill. We paid the bill immediately, but this could have been handled in a professional way.

The extra bed booked for is not provided till two hours of checking in the hotel in the night post dinner. It was repeatedly asked for over intercoms and had to meet the manager at the reception often regarding the same! the manager staff was very cold, non chalent and unbothered regarding the customer needs and the inconvenience caused. They were very argumentative instead of doing the needful. All this made us go to bed very late with less and poor quality sleep
