⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our second time staying at this property (though it’s under a new name now), and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The hotel is spotless, with a modern touch and a warm, welcoming vibe. The cleaning staff were exceptional—so kind, professional, and truly dedicated to their work. The amenities are great, and the gym—though small—is perfectly equipped for keeping up with workouts while away. The location can’t be beat: right in the port area, close to great shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. There’s even a lovely walking trail nearby, ideal for morning runs or evening strolls. During our stay, we experienced something completely unexpected—the one and only time a flood has ever happened in Ibiza Town! Despite the chaos, the staff handled the situation with absolute professionalism and calm. Their kindness and positive attitude during such a stressful event made all the difference. We were so impressed with how they cared for every guest. A huge thank you to the team for turning an unforgettable situation into a story of genuine hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back again!

worst hotel in the world, avoid at all costs, no refunds given for cancellation 2 days before our arrival. my worst 永安 customer service experience as well. one of those local hotels who suddenly seem to not understand english when it comes to cancellations

這個酒店地理位置很好，行5分鐘就去到碼頭，附近很多餐廳，房間也乾淨，但是陽台的門不太方便打開，而且外面沒有什麼景色。

Нам понравился отель! Чистый номер, обычный, кровать удобная ! Каждый день уборка ! Все очень приветливые , разрешили оставить вещи до вечера и также принять душ перед самолетом в спец.комнате и пользоваться бассейном уже во время чек-аут. Прямо цена=качество . Расположение возле порта, с такси никогда нет проблем ! Также отсутствие запахов в номере было очень важным плюсом . Спасибо !

The hotel is very great if you want to live near party places, almost everything walking distance. They give you 2 water bottles which is great. Breakfast is amazing and have full variety.
