Just skip it. Stay somewhere else. No Wi-Fi. No hot water. Aloof staff. Anaz was incredibly helpful, he should be working somewhere better. There's no reason to be paying "resort prices" when the standards of this place are incredibly poor.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Other than the view everything about this place was a huge disappointment. On arrival I was informed that there would only be hot water between 6am-10am and 6pm-10pm, however even at these times the water was ice cold. The room didn’t have WiFi and despite complaining twice nothing was done about it. The restaurant has a fairly extensive menu, unfortunately it only has about 20% of the items available and these aren’t written down anywhere so you just have to rely on a member of staff randomly reciting them and then choose from that. The sheets had a stain on them and also were not changed every day, the water and tea also were not replaced each day. The overall level of service was also terrible, though I would like to thank Anaz, who was the only member of staff who actually helped and was always professional. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any hotel.
