普瑞米爾豪華服務式公寓 (PremierLux Serviced Apartments)

Booked at this hotel there was a leak on the third floor so they transferred me over to the sister hotel which was closer to the train station but very small cramped and not what I was booking but the sister hotel sent me a few doors down to a bad looking house with on 9 argyle street as address. On first arriving at the sister hotel Best Western a man was assaulting a woman and another lady had taken off fence and arguing with the staff for not stepping in.I had a problem with ants. generally good customer service they take a £100 security deposit. Which is deposited back. I waited to do this review until I knew that I had been given back my security deposit but my experience with Premier locks was disgusting not what I signed up for very disappointed with chip.com who I will be contacting as soon as I’ve completed this review. There’s no refund policy on bookings made in hotels lately is atrocious and is designed to even if guest has a bad stay money is not refunded.

My experience with this hotel was very disappointing and feels like a total scam. The location shown during booking was completely different from where I was sent. Upon arrival, I was told the hotel was under maintenance and, without proper assistance, was shifted to another property. If you want to cancel, there is no refund, which makes the whole booking a fraud. The alternative location provided was unsafe and did not match my booking. Overall, this experience was misleading, unsafe, and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

 I reached the accommodation place on the chosen date to check in with my uncle. After following the regular procedure we've been informed that the room was not available on that branch. I never received any communication about any change of branch from the property. The receptionist gave us the new location for our room which I found out is 29 minutes walk or 19 minutes with public transport which I had to pay to travel to. They charged us for the selected room in Ilford Lane but they send us to a remote location which is cheaper and without any facility nearby compared to the one chooses by me. I am not happy with their act in particular for the new location. 

Stayed here for 4 days as a solo traveler. The apartment was good — clean and practical for a short stay right in Downtown London. Biggest plus: the location. Plenty of cafés and restaurants around, so breakfast and dining options are no problem. Good for a short city 永安 if you don’t need luxury, just convenience.

When we arrived at the hotel i was charged £100 deposit which after two weeks still hasnt been paid back to me.we was put in a taxi and sent to another hotel the guy told us it was a upgrade when we got to best western and got into our room it looked like a run down holes in the carpet thick dust all over the place a massive hole in the bathroom door with a handle to try to hid it. Avoid this place like the plage its false advertisement shows u a nice room in the photos then sends you to a dirty hotel and steals money from you

It's a nice room, but if there was an air conditioner, it would be impossible to stay in the room during hot weather, let alone get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there is loud music playing on the lower floors. However, overall, it is a suitable accommodation option.

No lo recomiendo a nadie, nos mandaron a uno llamado LUCKY 8 y HORRIBLE el servicio, aporreando la puerta ya que nos llegó un correo que ponía que la salida podía ser hasta las 14, nos confundimos con otra fecha, nos dieron golpes a la puerta y nos amenazaron con quitarnos el dinero de la fianza y con llamar a la policía si no salíamos en 5 minutos (habían pasado 10 min de las 11), eso fue un chico. Luego vino una chica bastante amable y nos dijo que si nos quedábamos una hora más eran 10 pounds cada hora y le dijimos que nos quedaríamos hasta la 13 y pagaríamos 20 pounds y arreglado y a las 12:30 vino el hombre a dar golpes otra vez amenazando que salgamos ya y que abramos la puerta, le expliqué lo que me había dicho su compañera y nos dijo que no, que fuera. PAGAMOS 2 HORAS CUANDO HABÍAMOS ESTADO HORA Y MEDIA Y NOS FUIMOS CON MUY MAL SABOR DE BOCA, no lo recomiendo además los muebles se caen a trozos y solo te dan una toalla grande para 2. Penoso y la gente fatal; ah y llévate gel y shampoo porque pone incluido y lo unico que hay es una piedra de lavarse las manos. No se lo he recomendado a nadie, que mal.

When i enter in the hotel they say that you have to pay extra 100 pound for no reason even though i have paid already the room charges. When i check out i demand for my 100 pound and then the answer was that “you will receive im your account im next 5-10 working days. I just have question when i have paid my hotel charges already then why i have to pay 100 pounds means that for booking a room you should have 100 pound extra in your pocket. This js totally rubbish please don’t go there and last thing the bed was like they collect that bed from road. I can’t sleep for whole night.

Nighmare. Fire alarm ringing at midnight . Reception man dont bother to even apologize it seema somone was cooking in room really ? Just location otherwise it is no where an apartment not premiem at all.
