The location was good, next to the park and also near the train station. The heater in my room didn't work but the staff there was nice.

Fine for a one night stay. Gated parking to rear; friendly enough staff; extremely basic accommodation – but that is reflected in the price. However, banging on my room door c10.45am i.e pre-11am checkout was not cool at all.

We recently stayed in Room 7 and wanted to bring a few issues to your attenti stains resembling blood on the bed sheets - A woman’s underwear was found in the bed, which was quite concerning - Additionally, the bathroom door knob was not functioning properly We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Yes, the service was good. The person at the reception, Ali, was very nice and communicated very well. But unfortunately, the condition of the room was not good. There were hairs on the bed, and I’m not sure whether they were from an animal or a person, but there were quite a lot of them. It was quite disappointing for me because the bed didn’t feel clean, and I wasn’t satisfied.

Worst experience ever couldn’t sleep whole night due to mattress very bad quality. All beds are very old and dirty. Never ever visit again this hotel

Good for price . The pillow cannot sleep , no soap to bath . Poor amenities . Coming to service there is deposit 100 pound with card only . If it is traveler from other country , can take up to 28 days . Hard to reclaim if it is not refunded . Apart from this , everything fine .

I booked for 1 night , the shower wasn’t working ,no hairdryer in the room , the pillows were too old and can not use it , the receptionist wasn’t serving us she was rude .
