The hotel is in a very good location, with a park across the road and a hike trail 20 minutes walk from the door, with good public transportation access. Most of the staff is helpful, but the rooms are small and poorly furnished, and amenities are not consistent throughout the rooms. They also seem to have a rodent problem, I personally will not be staying here again.

The room was not good at all. It felt very congested and uncomfortable. There were no dustbins in the room. There were no tissues in the washroom, and I had to go to the reception to get them myself. There were no water bottles provided either. Basic necessities were missing. This has been the worst experience so far. I have never seen a hotel like this before.

We recently stayed in Room 7 and wanted to bring a few issues to your attenti stains resembling blood on the bed sheets - A woman’s underwear was found in the bed, which was quite concerning - Additionally, the bathroom door knob was not functioning properly We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Yes, the service was good. The person at the reception, Ali, was very nice and communicated very well. But unfortunately, the condition of the room was not good. There were hairs on the bed, and I’m not sure whether they were from an animal or a person, but there were quite a lot of them. It was quite disappointing for me because the bed didn’t feel clean, and I wasn’t satisfied.

I booked for 1 night , the shower wasn’t working ,no hairdryer in the room , the pillows were too old and can not use it , the receptionist wasn’t serving us she was rude .
