We booked this hotel a month ago , In the day of cheek in they said they are going to divert us another hotel and they did. I had chosen a double bedroom with a bunker bed for my kid , When they sent me to other hotel double room has benn provided but thereasnt any extra bunker bed , We had to walk 7 minutes far from the this place for transfer Receptionist said he can call taxi if we want , But who is hoing to pay for that ? The receptionist was nice yung man , he was nice calm and with good behavior Overall, i don't recommend because when they transfer to another hotel it may led to a security issue

Requested a deposit of £100 and did not have a card on me. I gave many different solutions since it would be difficult to travel back to get a card. Did not want to compromise or even offer any solutions and was very rude and unprofessional. Did not even respond back when trying to contact and did not get a refund, had to book elsewhere and money was more or less stolen.

After going to the property they sent us to another hotel they not even escorted us kept map nd gooo I don’t no why they are running hospitality business if they dont no how to treat a guest

The room smelled and the heating was not working, the beds were dirty and neglected and we could hear mouse noises coming from the room, they were scratching the walls, we did not want to stay and we left within the first hour.

The Britannia inn hotel is totally dirty and not able to stay at all it is totally disappointing me I told them many times to please arrange a soft mattress because there was totally bad and poor mattress on bed with dirty smell but they just replied they don't have extra mattress. I suggest you to please remove this hotel from your hotel list of 永安 to avoid complaints in future

位置及服務不好，而且入住收一百磅deposit一星期都唔還返俾我。另外厠所無熱水，冬天洗澡真的凍到病。

During my check in at the reception counter, I was charged with 100£ deposit. Never in my life I had been charged with such amount of deposit and its not even three stars…. Right after its been charged the receptionist told me I had to walk another 7 mins because the site is on maintenance. 😣 why would you still be on website then? I ended up going to lucky8 hotel. It was right round the corner of the station. The room looked a bit gloomy and had some smell. There is even a piece of hair on the bedsheet. Otherwise the place is like 7/10 and the receptionist were polite the day I checked in and checked out. i called Britannia Inn hotel and emailed the manager but there is no response still. Hope I could get my deposit back as I had not done any damage to the property at all.
