Richmonde has been a great hotel for visits over the years. Thank you for all the kind hospitality and fulfilling special requests. The staff are all very professional, friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and serviced well. Just an issue that was observed is that the pool requires maintenance due to missing and cracked tiles and loose railing. Perhaps pool towels could be distributed by the pool bar to save the distraction of other staff as well.

The staff was very accommodating and warm. The location is strategic and central. Jaro and other interesting places are nearby. Stayed there for 3 nights. I look forward to staying here again whenever I am in Iloilo.

Excellent location very convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants and cafes. Clean shower room, loved the hot shower. Courteous staff. Food is a bit pricey but nothing major. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Iloilo.
