We had an excellent stay at Seda Atria Hotel! The General Manager was very helpful, and the entire management and staff were accommodating and always willing to assist with our needs. The service was excellent as always, and the food was great — they truly make your stay feel like home. The area around the hotel is safe and walkable, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and pasalubong centers like Biscocho House. Just a few steps away, you can also enjoy local favorites such as Madge Coffee, Netong’s Batchoy, and Kap Ising’s Pancit Molo — perfect for an authentic Iloilo experience!

My wife and I stayed there last month after coming from Boracay. We loved it. The guards at the door were super nice. They always opened the doors for us and helped my wife to the car with our things. I was also able to chitchat with them. It was. Perfect location and great parking right in front. You can go anywhere from there easily in Iloilo. The first night was a bad thunder storm and the power went out but the generators came on. The AC was the coldest hotel room of any 30 provinces i have ever been too even Shangri-la Mactan and Sheraton Mactan. Everything was perfect. The only thing was on the day before we checked on we handed in our laundry with the hotel laundry bag and our own personal yellow paper bag at 9am. The next day at 9am came and we asked for our laundry. Theh only gave us a small bag. We said there was more but she said that was all. We persisted and she counted our laundry but she realized it wasnt all there so we said check the cameras and look for a yellow bag. Come to find out the bag wasnt marked for our room on the outside so housekeeping did not know it was included in our room's laundry. The problem was solved but they really insisted that that was all 6kgs worth in one bag which wasn't but all good. We will stay there again. Perfect everything nonetheless.

We had a great time on our 永安 to Ilocos and stayed at Seda Atria. We always enjoy staying at Seda the staff are warm and welcoming, and everything is always clean.

It was a nice and pleasant stay at Seda Atria, and the staff are all warm and accommodating. Except for not having a swimming pool, everything else is good.

Great accommodation, service, and reasonably priced food. Strategic location. The only lacking amenity is the swimming pool.

I recently stayed at Seda Hotel, which I booked through 永安, and had a great experience. The service was excellent, with staff being very accommodating and attentive. The facilities were very good, although it’s worth noting that they don’t have a swimming pool. The food was also a highlight—served buffet style with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The hotel granted my request for a packed breakfast and it did not disappoint. Sir Jep-jep from the housekeeping department cleaned our room while we are out for an island tour. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations, and we highly recommend Seda Atria to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We look forward to our next visit!
