我們是家庭出遊，定了2個房間，在六樓616、617；凌晨五點的時候，突然有人開打開617房間的門，因為在外睡眠淺，門被打開的一瞬間我就醒了，下意識問 “是誰”，那人趕忙跑了，我們出來看的時候，走廊上沒人……想想都後怕！如果睡的沉，不知道會發生什麼事情？ 重點是早上去酒店前台反饋，她們的態度特別的敷衍，就説 “是工作人員” ，那麼請問 工作人員憑什麼在凌晨五點，沒有敲門也沒有按門鈴的情況下，開門進房間？ 為什麼在我們問的時候，還要落荒而逃？ We had a very terrible experience with stay in Parkinn! At 5AM someone opened our door without knocking or running door bell!!! We questioned to front desk that we want to check CCTV who was enter our room at 5M , they won’t answer and they just said “ hotel staff did it” , what is the policy that hotel staff can open guest room at 5AM without any permission? And escape when we asking “ who is it?” and The hotel was extremely perfunctory. We really disappointed at this hotel for the safety and service problems. They never care about what was happening

有連廊可以連接當地最大的SM MALL。早餐不錯，很有當地特色。房間清潔服務稍顯遜色，雖然很熱情，老是忘打掃，給小費也這樣。

시설이 매우 깔끔하고 현대적인 분위기였습니다. 객실 정리 상태도 만족스러웠고, 침대가 푹신해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 조식은 종류가 다양하진 않았지만 기본적으로 맛있었고, 직원들도 친절하게 응대해줘서 기분 좋게 머물 수 있었습니다. 위치도 시내 중심부라 이동하기 편리했습니다. 다음에 일로일로에 다시 방문하게 된다면 재방문 의사 있습

Terrible room especially the cleanness. Hairs on the bed sheet, floor and vanity counter, uncleaned debris on the vanity counter especially under the tissue box, stained bed sheet, duvet cover & pillow case. Shower door and wall- discolored grout due to uncleaned and residues of soap. Floor is even slippery. Insects(at least 20 of them) in the room- basically everywhere and flying in from the holes of closet. Request someone for assistance, responding time js quite slow, had to call again. Duty Manager tried to help and apologized. But i was not expecting this quality of room especially the cleanness from the branded hotel.

My sisters enjoyed their stay and the attendants were accommodating and helpful. There were varieties of food to choose from in their buffet. My niece loved her staycation as it was close SM.

The cleanliness of the place and rooms was good, but there were many issues with the behavior of the staff at the pool bar. For some reason, they treated guests as if they were their personal friends, which felt very UNPROFASSIONAL and INAPPROPRIATE. As it was my child’s birthday, I tried to coordinate food and drinks with the restaurant manager well before the day. I even left my phone number, but NO ONE contacted me even after more than a week had passed. While I understand the need to save on electricity, the large lobby had NO AIR CONDITIONING, making it even hotter than outside as soon as we walked in. The air felt stuffy and uncomfortable, which left a bad impression. I used to visit frequently, but the hotel’s image has been steadily declining perhaps due to a change in management or poor oversight. The overall experience is no longer what it used to be. Most notably, the food at the restaurant is now the worst part of the stay.
