The room was clean, cozy, and modern, and the hotel is very accessible, just a few blocks from SM Iloilo. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. However, after swimming in the pool, my black T-shirt turned reddish-brown, and within a couple of days, I developed itchy skin rashes that required medication. It may have been caused by strong pool chemicals, so I hope the pool’s maintenance and water quality can be checked more regularly to avoid similar issues for future guests. Aside from that, the hotel itself is nice, tidy, and conveniently located.

Hotel receptionist are very accommodating and fast in service. The room is spacious and comfortable, and it has everything I need especially the iron and iron stand 😊. Accessible to nearest mall and have more resto around the area. Good place also to rest if you want to go to the airport.

The hotel is really nice. The staff took extra care to us. The breakfast is okay. Will book again if have a chance to visit Iloilo. The hotel is beside SM.

The reception staffs are kind, courteous and nice with pleasing personality and smiling faces, assisted me from check in to check out with good service. The room is spacious with iron and ironing board. It is not that sound proof as I can hear people talking from the hallway but it’s fine. The room is not that spotless clean as I can see some dust in some areas especially on the top of the cabinet in front of the tv and inside the cabinet drawers. As long as the bed is clean I’m good. But the king bed gives a squeaky sound at the right side so I mostly stayed at the left side of the bed. The food can fill the tummy but not that to my taste. The hotel is ok and still have some room for improvement in cleanliness and food area.

The hotel has great location. It is beside a shopping mall and along the highway for convenience. We stayed in their family suite. The room was very spacious for 5 people. However, the room was not 100% soundproof so you can hear the vehicles outside especially at night. It’s good tho that the hotel provides earplugs upon request to compensate. They have very good breakfast buffet as well. There is a variety of choices - from Filipino to Western. The rooftop pool and bar is nice, especially at night. The gym is also accessible. Service was okay. Some requests to front desk just took a while to be brought to our room. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Bang for the buck!

Great value for money! Had really wife options for breakfast buffet; attentive and accommodating staff especially the housekeeping and engineering team; clean room, functional aircon and showers, has gym din. 200m away from SM City Iloilo, very convenient!
